ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE IPHONE 5. MUCH FASTER AND LIGHTER THAN THE 4. TAKES QUALITY PICTURES

This phone is amazing. I had an Iphone 4 before this phone and I loved it., but the Iphone 5 is even better. The battery lasts all day, unless your watching movies all day, but that will be any device since videos take up a lot of power/ battery life. I can use it all day texting, making phone calls, use apps, and be on the internet and it lasts all day. Overall, this Iphone is seriously the best one yet. I wont get another phone for a long time. There is nothing I would really want to add to this phone.

Overall solid phone. Best Buy experience was great. In addition to having the phone priced $50 off regular retail price, I also received another $50 gift card which was applied to this purchase due to a promotion for my phone line upgrade. Everyone who likes Apple knows the I-Phone and its capabilities. I do believe Apple is overdue to refresh the device to better compete with Android devices. At this point I do believe the Androids have more to offer than the I-Phone, but I hate switching everything over as I'm set with my Apple. Even with transfer software, I am still reluctant to losing my purchased apps and other features specific to Apple. Staff at Best Buy were excellent to work with as well.

I love how easy it is to use/add/change things on the phone. Before this I had a different phone that did not perform well with the internet. Everything I want is right there! One of my friends had an iphone and was shocked when I showed her the games I had installed! It truly is my pocket computer. The only thing, is I wish I had more time so I could take a class, I am trying to figure out how to print. I was the person who said "NO SMARTPHONES!" But boy was I wrong! My iphone is the best thing ever!

the iphone 5 improves on the iphone 4. the camera, especially is much improved. the speed is also improved and appreciated.

I love the iPhone 5 , it's much better than the iPhone 4S. Bigger screen , very fast in everything even sending messages.

This phone is fast how every it seem to have lost quality as compared to a iPhone 4 . Battery life is better . Plugs are sweet . It chips very easy even in a life proof case it show sign of chipping as well as the seem to have software bugs all ready two update in a month and it still has issue with freezing and shutting down . Phone call don't always ring . Head phone sound quality is very good and very comfortable .i wish they would prefect it before releasing it . For the price tag of a out right buy it is not ready for the world unless its 199.00

IPhone 6 was the easiest phone upgrade i have done. store staff transferred contacts and photos- I finished the transfer by connecting to the cloud and back up, everything all there

Worth upgrading from an IPhone 4 - much nicer picture quality, display is larger, and it is much lighter.

I love how easy it is to handle, unlike a bulkier phone I just upgraded to this iPhone 5. I also love that I can now access all my e-mails under all my iCloud and me accounts from my iPhone without any hassle whatsoever, and love the convenience of being able to sync my stuff from my iMac to my iPhone, not to mention the retina display screen is fantastic, just awesome! Love the Apps too! Just love, love, love everything about the iPhone 5!

Loving my new phone. Its very easy to use. And the perfect size.

It's a great phone. Easy to set up. The display is nice. And the camera take really great pictures.

I love my IPhones! I only upgraded one generation from a 4s, so the changes weren't significant. No wows! No amazing new bells and whistles. I like the new smaller lightening charger, which Apple is going to with all its products, although there is added cost for new adaptors, car chargers and such. But I love the new thinner shape and larger screen, also the upgraded operating system is much faster. And finally, 4G LTE. Love it.

The best iPhone I have owned. Much faster then my 4S and the bigger screen is a welcome addition.
