This is my second smart phone; after a couple "dumb" phones. I had the 4 and the 5c is a great improvement over a very good phone. The camera is of great quality. My wife has a 4s and the camera and screen size are nicer on the 5c

Has all I could ask for in a phone plus! I no longer need to carry a camera or ipod. I even find myself needing my laptop less and less because of all of the great features of my iphone.

I like the advanced features yet, ease of use. This phone is easy to organize my information and has superior sound quality for listening to my music apps.

Love this phone for my daughter and especially for the price. Bright, fun color and she loves it! Iphones are great for families with the use of the icloud. Paid $49 for this phone and it is definitely worth it for the price.

Best Buy made it super easy to trade in my roommate's old phone on a new one for her. They were efficient, explained everything well, and made sure she was set up before we left the building. Nick M. at the Vernon Hills store was a great help!

Before I purchased a new phone, I did extensive research online. The iphones were highly rated and had all of the features that I wanted, except a microchip to store data. With Best Buy's coupon and a great sale price, I was able to upgrade for free. I am so glad that I got this phone. Calls are clear and none have been dropped. The features are easy to use. With all of the great free apps, I find that I am often using it instead of my computer. It is so much lighter and smaller than an e-reader or ipad that I can and do take it wherever I go.

My first IPhone, and I absolutely love it! Easier to set up, search & navigate than my old HTC android phone. And the battery lasts so much longer, too. I totally recommend this phone.

This phone was an upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy s2. This battery life is so great. I like the picture and sound quality as well.

Got this for my son, upgrade from an android and he loves it. Likes the fact that it came in different colors he gets a signal now. We moved here from Illinois and once we got here his android only worked if he walked around outside! He loves the camera and all the apps that he can get. He's very happy with this phone.

would recommend this phone to anyone so easy to use plenty of functions battery life is awesome no need to keep recharging like other phone no dropped calls either

I picked this up after smashing my 4s multiple times in one weekend. It was free with the promotion at the time and I was luckily due for an upgrade. A lot of reviewers have an issue with the plastic backing on this phone but I actually prefer it over the 5 and 5s. I have big hands and prefer the chunkier feel of the 5c. I can't speak to the tech specs of the phone (and I don't really care), but this is faster and has a better camera than my previous phone so I'm happy. The plastic does have a tendency to scratch more easily, but I got a case after a few weeks so no issues there.

Acceptable to many Applications. easy to navigate and find icons. I love the size of the phone and the weight and the color.

Since the day my son received his phone he has not part with it. He uses his phone for games, taking notes in school, and every where he goes.

The iPhone 5c is an awesome Apple phone. It's easy to use & the quality of pics is awesome!

I enjoy this 5c on a daily basis. I use it for mild internet, and Facebook. But text over 7000 a month. Phone calls are normal use but the speaker phone is ok, could be better.
