I changed from a droid to an iphone and everything is so easy. I love the fact that I can just say "Call ........."and I am connected. It is so amazing. The internet connection is easy and fast and I am able to find things I need right away.

The new iPhone is living up to its reputation. It works great and as an added bonus it's an awesome color. The camera is way better, speaker is so much louder. It truly is an upgrade from the 4.

The 5c seems to be just as good in performance and quality as the 5s. If anything (and it may be because of the case) the external ringer/speaker sounds quieter than expected. Otherwise, no complaints and very satisfied with purchase.

This iPhone was purchased to replace my daughters existing iPhone 4, which succumbed to rigorous teenage life. The new sleek design, and accelerated operating system helps her keep in touch with friends and most important keep up on classwork. Best Buy's $50.00 gift card incentive was the clincher.

My brand-new iPhone 5c did not charge. Actually, it DID charge...it just took 5 hours to reach 100%. I had to contact Apple and they sent me out a refurbished one, which is bull considering my brand-new one was only 1 week old.

I decided on getting the 5c because it was cheaper and it comes in pink. I know some people say its worth it to spend the extra money and get the 5s but I haven't had any problems with my phone. It does everything I need it to.

I really love this phone maybe would like to see some a little but more customizable as far as the interface goes. Other than that it is a really good phone that seems so basic to use but actually offers a lot under the hood!

Good phone for casual iPhone users. I have nothing else to say. Best buy is giving me 25 points for this review so I'm doing it. I bought this phone for my wife. I have a Samsung galaxy s4 blue that I bought from best buy. I love that phone. I'll be nicer in the review for it.

The phone is ok...nothing's too special about it. A little ridiculous that it does not use the same cases and covers as 5 and 5s and there are so little options for this phone!! Love the sleek design and lively color...hate that you can't find accessories anywhere.

I love how fast it is using the Verizon network. However, I think I am going to have to take the phone to my local Apple Store because the touchscreen is not as responsive as my 4s was. Still great iphone though.

Great phone. No issues except for the sliding up of the utility part to get to the flashlight. I don't know where else to find it and sometimes i have a hard time sliding up. Could be the case I use. Nothing big.

I was used to the size of the Ipad and still have trouble adjusting to the small size of the screen and keyboard on the phone. I would have swapped it for something larger if it were available, but it isn't. It is a wonderful phone, otherwise; love the FaceTime feature.

Totally love the color options available for 5 c....it was hard to find the phones in stock at first but now plenty are available

Overall, it's good for light personal use, wouldn't use it for business. Cool colors. It's a fun phone to use for surfing the internet, texting and taking photos. It's a little hard to find a protective case that fits perfectly. Luckily, the phone is durable and has an outer cover that looks like a case.

Overall I really like this phone. Its a bit small but thats not a huge issue. Its a very slippery phone without a case. It slides right out of your hand. A case is important yet that makes the cool new colors available kind of pointless.

This has been a helpful tool. Also, when we need help, there are others who are willing to share their knowledge about this phone's different functions. Many other people have chosen this phone make and model, so there are p-lenty of people to help us.

my daughter dreamt about this iPhone for months and when she got it on Christmas, she knew everything about it, within a day or two had the phone fully customized as her fashion accessory…never seen anyone enjoy a piece of technology so much!

This is my first smartphone and I'm loving it. It is so easy to use. I can't believe I waited so long to get one.
