Glad I bought it especially after trying Galaxy S4

Very disappointed in the service I have received from best buy Since I purchased the phone. About 2 weeks after I purchased it I used the camera. After looking at pictures I took I noticed a Spot on the pictures. I took cover and screen protector Off to wipe phone. It was still there. Apple said it was in the Inside of the lens. I needed to back up phone And come back. In the mean Time my computer was Being serviced by the geek squad. I was told by them I would Have to pay $150.00 if I was to give them the phone to Get fixed. Well I still have the phone and nothing But problems with my computer. I've written many times with no response. I WILL NEVER go back to best buy.

I really wanted to love this phone, and given the option I would rate it 3.5 stars. I've been using the iPhone since the 3 and love the product. I had the 4s with no problems besides me shattering the back of the phone, which was my fault for dropping it multiple times without a case. My husband also had the 4s and dropped his, shattering the front screen, but he wasn't due for an upgrade so I upgraded to the 5c and gave him my 4s. I'm waiting for my case/screen protector to come in the mail because I paid $6.99 total for both on an internet auction site opposed to the $45 I would have spent for both in the store. That being said, ever since I dropped the last one with a case I'm very careful with my phones. I've had the 5c for less than 24 hours and the front of the screen is already getting scratched up. With my 4s I never had a screen protector, threw the thing in my purse all the time, never had a scratch. I know that Apple advertises this as a 'cheaper' iPhone, and now I understand why. Buy a case, buy a screen protector, you should be good to go. It still has it's regular problems; screen freezes up and you have to click the power button and re-unlock the phone to get it moving. Took me a little bit to hook up to the wifi in my house because it wasn't even prompting me for a password, it would just tell me it couldn't connect. Restored my settings and tried again and it worked. The above being said, I'm incredibly happy with the battery life and sound volume on the phone. I think the graphics/picture is fantastic, and I do notice that it's faster than my 4s. I purchased the 32 gb in pink, for $199 for 32 gb it was a no-brainer. I'll stick with being an Apple girl because no other cell phone on the market has been groundbreaking enough to make me want to switch; just beware of the sensitive screen.

Great phone. I needed 32gb so I decided to get the 5c 32gb instead of the 5s 16gb because they are the same price for twice as much memory. Also, I don't like the way the 5s looks. This phone is seamless. And really fast. Unless you are a hardcore gamer, this phone will do just fine. I switched back to iOS because I was not a big fan of Android. You can't go wrong with this phone.

The product arrived too late for my daughters birthday.

At first I was set on saving and wasting $ on 5s. But after this 32gb 5c was on sale for $79 and 16 gb was $1 for my wife, I decided to do it. I don't regret it!! This phone is blazing fast! I actually like how this rounded shell feels and it looks good. The white is very nice. My wife got green and it looks good too. Some people think they suck bc it's plastic but everyone loved 3GS which was plastic. So you get a blazing fast iphone 5c 16gb for $1. That is the best value ever. I didn't have to trade in my iphone4 and get $50 credit like older deals.... Now my wife and I have old iPhones for iPods or for kids to play games on so they don't use ours. I am am very picky about my purchases and I am very happy with this one. $80 and got two new iPhones. Can't beat it!

The battery life is incredible when you turn off all the junk that is turned on by default when you purchase the iPhone 5C. My battery lasts 3 days easily under normal use. Google "ways to save your battery life on iPhone 5C" and you'll find tons of things eating up your battery life that you don't likely use (just turn the ones you don't use off and see the amazing battery life this has)! I bought one of these 5C's for my wife, step daughter, and myself. We are all very pleased with our phones. As long as Apple keeps putting out great products like this, I will not even consider buying an Android! (My wife is very happy she traded her problematic and unstable Android for the user friendly and very stable iPhone 5C). Half price for the 32GB at B B was also a BIG incentive!

Love the 32 GB data for the price I got the phone for. However, it's nothing brand new or spectacular from the iPhone 4S, to me anyways. I like its a little bit lighter and has a little bigger screen, but if not for the double memory from my 4S, I wouldn't have traded up.

Iphone 5 with better battery in cool colors and a cheaper price. Excellent phone can't go wrong. If you want all the new features the iphone 5s is a better choice, but for everyone else this is a great buy

So I've had iPhones, android, and windows 8 phones. They all have their own pros/cons. For me I like that apple keeps everything simple and syncs with everything!! The new iOS 7 is better than the other versions but like all others it's still missing a few things. I bought the lime green bc let's face it, it stands out lol. So far it's been great. 32gb is a nice amount storage. I would recommend this phone to anyone!!

So I had a samsung galaxy s3 for about half a year and absolutely hated it. I was walking through my mall and thought to myself why not try to get a iPhone. The cashiers were very friendly and answered all my questions. They even let me get to look on them hands-on. I'm very pleased with my experience and will buy again.

I love love this phone. I've had several phones androids droid 4, htc thunderbolt, iphone 5, and a few others. I never thought about getting a iphone until I found out that they were making colored ones. Green is the best color this green is so vibrant for men or women. I hope that they make laptops with this color. It works wonderful best phone I've ever had.

I like to go back and forth with android and ios and the occasional windows phone. But the 5c was nothing great or exciting. Its cheap, The ios is very very girly. Apple decided to cater to the femmine side of the market which are mostly women and teenage girls. The only people tht would be interested in this device would b kids tht have no idea what a good phone is and apple fans that think they have the latest and greatest because its " new" when in reality you re buying the same phone over again. To the other person that wrote the review before me The s3 is an older model and yet its a more productive phone than any iphone. Luckily best buy has a 15 day return policy so I was able to trade up to the s4. Much better in every single way. 13 mgpxl camera compared to iphones 8. Best decision ever.
