Upgraded from a 4S, it's so much lighter, barely frees like its there. Also noticed the big increase in speed, handles iOS7 better that the 4S did. The camera is also improved from the 4S.

The bigger iphone 6 and 6+ is not for me. The size of the 5 was perfect, that's why I rushed to purchase a 5s while it is still available. I hope Apple will realize before its impossible to get a smaller iphone, that not everyone wants to go bigger. Kinda reminds me of the new Coke....

Really like this phone, size is perfect. It was easy to set up and access all my old info. Takes great pictures. The menu is organized, making it easy for internet access and apps.

It's user friendly, perfect size. My son loves the variety of apps that he can use for school.

Love it!! The size and weight is perfect. The speed is also great. I think IOS 7 needs some fixes still, but I think it will get there.

The iPhone is a great size and takes wonderful pictures. I love Apple products and have had a Mac desk top for 6 years and an iPhone for 5 years, so I am at ease with Apple's format and would never go back to a PC. Although Apple products are of high quality, I wish that they would go down a bit in price. AT&T's LTE service on my iPhone 5S has been exceptional for me in the Twin Cities area.

We've been using iPhones for the last 5 years in the family and the 5S is by far the best so far. The white/gold looks fabulous. Setup is a breeze with iCloud sync. This one has a fast processor, brilliant graphics, and just looks so classy.

You can't go wrong buying an apple product! There weren't too many major additions to the 5s, but now you can use fingerprint reader to quickly make iTunes purchases; this is much less of a pain than entering your password every time. Performance is much faster, well worth upgrading if you're due. The improved camera takes even better pictures. The iPhone is as user friendly as it gets, if your debating on a new phone, this is what you want. iPhones are also very durable. I have owned an iPhone for 7 years now and will never switch to anything else. My only complaint is how easily it's gets marked up if you don't have a case, getting one is necessary.

Overall, I am very happy with this phone it is a nice improvement over the 4S I had previously. The quality of the screen and increase in size is a nice touch. The speed of the phone and improvements with the camera are also very nice.

A PERFECT UPGRADE FROM THE IPHONE 4 PEFECT SIZE EASY TO USE

Upgraded from a 4 and the speed, design elements and quality of construction continue to impress me. I have not regretted the screen size compared to some of the android phones out there. I can do nearly everything with one hand, whereas I tried some 5" screens and my hands just don't like the feel. I really appreciate the attention to detail of each design element as well - aluminum, glass, beveled edges. It just exudes quality. iOS 7 really flies, too. That's what I like - everything designed to work as one...

Was time to get a new iphone as my contract was up, my 4s was not holding a long charge and lock button not working. So far the 5s is performing fine..picture taking is great and the larger screen is also cool!

I purchased this iPhone online and picked it up at the store on Christmas Eve. It couldn't have been easier. The staff was quick to wait on me and check me out efficiently. The phone is easy to set up and use .No charging was needed.

I had the 4S and didn’t see any reason for upgrading. My contract was up, and I was thinking I may wait until Iphone6 comes out or a new different phone. However now that I pulled the trigger on the 5S, I know I made the right decision. It isn’t necessarily the larger screen size that I’m happy with, but the performance and battery life that rocks! Its faster and the battery last so much longer. Also it takes just a few minutes to charge back up when I do need to charge the phone. Also the Camera on it is amazing. For such a small device to have such a good camera and video is impressive. Definitely no regrets going with the IPHONE5S. The two years with this

Upgraded from a 3G to the iPhone 5s. It is lightweight and easy to use. The associate was able to transfer all the information from my old phone to the new phone very quickly.

I hadn't planned on upgrading from my iPhone 5, since the 5s weren't that much of a change. However, battery problems with my 5 made getting a new phone a priority. The fingerprint sensor is a nifty feature, and the quicker processor and better camera flash are small perks. Nothing life changing if you already have one of the past few generations of iPhones. However, the real thing I was pleased with was the service and cost at Best Buy. You get a vastly better deal here for a phone (even out of the upgrade edibility window - which I was) than at any other retailer I've come across. I will continue to solely go to Best Buy for all my future phones

I absolutely love this phone, I have owned every iPhone since the beginning. The 5S specifically is very easy to set up and easy to use. I stay very organized within this phone and the new operating system is more to look at than the previous. There is literally an app for everything! I can create music on Garageband or keep my checkbook in order. The sound is amazing and the photos are awesome! With the iPhone that's the only device you have to carry because it's got you covered for anything that you want to do.

Bought two 5S phones to replace my 4S phones. The phones are great, but the store personnel need more training. One 4s locked up so they could not transfer data. I went home, looked online and in two minutes found the easy solution. Hold two buttons down and unlocks.

I got the iPhone 5s for my wife and as expected from Apple, all the boxes were checked - it's easy to use and learn, it runs smoothly, has great battery life, and has new features that make it easier than ever to use. TouchID has been a great new addition, and the larger camera sensor is absolutely better at taking pictures in low light. Overall, I couldn't be happier with it! I love the slow-mo video option!
