This was a great upgrade especially with Best Buy's promotion for money back on my old phone. The new iPhone 5s has been working great for me. Just glad there was one more left when I went to the store.

There is nothing about this product I dislike. I am a big fan of apple products and I think this is there best smart phone yet. They continuously get better with each new version. I really like the sound quality and the camera on this particular product.

This phone is very easy to use. It has a very nice camera. Images are very clear.

I spent 5 happy years with my 3GS. Didn't buy the 4's or early 5. Finally my iphone started to show it's age and needed to be retired. The 5S is really a terrific piece of equipment. And it's lightning fast. I'm still discovering something new every day.

This is my second iPhone, the first being a 4s. The upgrades in the 5s are nice, better picture quality and battery life. Still retains the friendly user interface. I can't imagine using a different phone; this does everything I need it to do and more.

This is my 3rd iPhone and they just keep getting better. This phone's speed and clarity are a big improvement from my iPhone 4. I also really like the Touch ID functionality. I use it to access my phone, as well as make iTunes and App Store purchases.

Like the phone. Appreciate the music/radio function. Sometimes an awkward shape/size. Doesn't fit in pockets, etc.

This version of iPhone is one of the best cell phones on the market. It is not just a reliable but fun mobile device with lots of features. Thousands of itunes apps are available to customize the phone and help bring more fun in your life.

The 5s is a great new phone. Overall the call quality thanks to ambient sound cancellation and new features like the fingerprint sensor work flawlessly. Some might prefer a larger screen, but it hasn't mattered to me. The other option was the Galaxy S4, which also looks like a great phone, but thus far I've been unhappy with Android OS becoming sluggish after about 6 months of use. That issue may have been corrected by now, so you probably can't go wrong with either phone.

Works well for what we purchased for and was easy to learn to use

I've had this for a few weeks now and I love it! The quality of the retina display is amazing and it is lightning fast compared to my iPhone 4. This is definitely worth upgrading to!

I switched from the 4 -> 5s and of course saw a dramatic change in screen and processing power. Since i also use this for work - I appreciate that the fingerprint scanner can override the 4 digit passcode I am required to have for email.

This is a great phone. It takes awesome pictures and video, including a wide array of functions. Great call connectivity as well as LTE speed.

This is my first smartphone. Since my iPhone is so easy to use, I am using it a lot more than I thought I would. It is convenient to check my e-mail. Sometimes I hit a wrong letter so I really appreciate the auto-correct feature.
