Plain and simple it just works. Everything I've ask it to do it just does. Camera works quite well. I hated all my previous phones but like the iPhone.

This is my 4th iphone and byfar this one is the best. Lots of features, and Apple is far and away the best!

I have had an iPhone from the first ones manufactured. The old phone needed replaced and when Best Buy had a discounted price on Black Friday, I jumped on it. First, the on-line experience with Best Buy was excellent. I was able to extend my current contract and have it quickly verified by the carrier. After finishing the transaction, I was able to make an appointment to pick up the phone at a nearby store on the same day. I was in and our of the store in minutes, despite the fact that it was Black Friday. The phone is great and buying it was a breeze.

Upgraded to this from an iPhone 4 and can't believe the amount of differences between the phone. I loved my old one, but love this one even more.

I can always count on Apple products to be user friendly and dependable.

Great phone so far, no complaints. The only thing that needs some improvement is the battery life but other than that its an excellent phone.

I've had a Blackberry for years (my last upgrade was 2008) so for me this phone is awesome. I started with an iPad two years ago so I'm more familiar with how to use it. I love being able to look things up quickly on the web, especially when shopping. I also love having all my coupons just a touch away. The hardest thing for me is getting use to the keypad for texting. I'm always hitting the wrong keys. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and it was an awesome price. Worst part was having to pay taxes on the full retail price.

used this phone for about six weeks and love it.. no problems and does everything expected of it.

I am satisfied with the phone, but my experience in the store was bad. During store pick up, I also bought defender and Bluetooth. However, after I left the store I noticed three items in my receipt. Was very busy in life so unable to go to the store for explanation. When I got the time, I went to the store and asked an explanation about the third item. I have been told "it is some sort of a SIM card". I did not buy a SIM card, just upgrade my phone from 4 to 5s and why should I need a SIM card for upgrade, I asked. However, no body able to explaine this to me even the store Manager, so I left the store disappointed and worried for "identity theft ". I called AT&T and asked if somebody has another line under my name. I have been a coustomer for Bestbuy since 2005 with big trust to the company, this is my bad experience in the store.

This is an iphone, so it is great. The new thumb print reader is a good idea. I know it isn't hack proof, but it does make easier to use.

This is a good phone for both personnel and business use. It is a big upgrade over the iPhone 4.

Very fast processor, noticeably faster than the previous version. High quality screen and general finish. Fingerprint sensor works great!

This is my daughters phone. We haven't had any issues with it. Great performance, no problems running aps. Overall a pretty great phone.

I went up from the iPhone 4 to this one. Really nice progression. I love the lighter weight, larger screen, and slo-mo video capture.

I use it for directions frequently. Great step by step map feature. Good sound with inexpensive headphones for my workouts at the gym.
