Love this phone, easy to use and takes great pictures!

Great phone love its ease of use and pictures it takes

I upgraded from an old "texting" phone with a keyboard to the iPhone 5s. I was worried about losing the keyboard, but the Apple virtual keyboard worked better than expected. The iPhone is much easier to use than I expected and I love the great picture quality. I am just starting to download and use the many apps at the AppStore.

Upgraded my child's phone at Christmas. Very familiar with Apple products and IOS. He loves the finger scan function.

Love it!!!!! This is the first smart phone I have ever had and I absolutely love it. It is very user friendly as I am a beginner. My family all use apple products and I just love the FaceTime feature. I love the Siri feature and that you can speak to type out your text messages. I am still learning what it can do. Very happy.

It's really dumb that the thumbprint scanner can only be used if you have it on to lock the phone. I'd love to be able to use it as my iTunes password without having to use it on my lock screen. Other than that I've been very happy. The sound is pretty great when using headphones or plugging it into my car. The speaker...not so much.

Upgrade from an iPhone 4s. Speed is a dramatic improvement. Still looking for the right case. This is my 3rd iPhone. I considered the new Samsung but stayed with the Apple. Great support and familiar software.

Great phone. Bought it on Black Friday. Cell phone manager and rep were great to work with. Camera takes excellent pictures. Fingerprint unlocking is nice, especially when unable to look at screen to put in your lock code. Apple moving to 64 bit operating system was the right move for this phone and future Apple devices.

My new iPhone 5S has been fantastic. I was reluctant at first concerning the fingerprint identity. I found it was easy to set up and I can have more than my own fingerprint stored in it. The camera has been very versatile and sharply focused. My old apps and contacts were easy to move from the old phone to the new one.

Thought the gold phone would take awhile to get in, but had it within a week. Everything transferred just fine from my 4S. Love the longer screen and lighting cable size.

I use this phone throughout the day on medium brightness. The battery doesn't last very long at all. I don't know if it is because of AT&T poor cell service or the phone uploads terribly slow. It is not much faster than my old iPhone 5. Which that phones battery was terrible too. Apple needs to work on upgrading the battery life on these phones like android has done. The speakers are not loud at all either. The one speaker on the bottom makes it hard to listen to a video without the speaker turned towards you and video turned away. The picture and camera quality however is perfect. No complaints on those features. And if you don't put a case on this phone you are making a big mistake unless you want to throw money down the drain. Apple will not cover any sort of damage that looks like it was dropped. Even with geek squad you have to pay the 200$ deductible if you drop it.

I have tried pretty much every phone out there. I always find myself coming back to the iPhone for my primary phone. You will not be disappointed by this phone. It is well built and it "just works". If you want want a reliable phone that always works, this phone is for you. If you want a phone you can customize very aspect of, look elsewhere. I do have one negative, it's not a hardware issue but a software... not all apps play nice with the new 64-bit processor. This will improve quickly as the apps are updated. I do not come across this issue often and it would not prevent me from purchasing/using this phone.

I bought my new iPhone "just because", not out of necessity as my old one still works fine almost 3 years after purchase. Being able to use Siri for texts and e-mails is a timesaver. It certainly is much faster than my old model which is also great.

just right for my son, doesn't need the i6 and the i4 died. Not happy about ATT's new program of spreading the cost through monthly payments. Rather just do a 2 yr contract as we don't upgrade often.

I bought this phone to replace my iPhone 4, and it is truly a great phone. I love the size and the way it feels in my hand. The fingerprint ID makes unlocking fast and simple. Glad I made the purchase.

The IPhone is so user friendly. The pictures are amazingly clear & the clarity of the calls is amazing. The staff were super helpful in getting me set up & getting my number transferred. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end.

Really great phone. The screen is a bit small, but it is fine if you are use to the smaller screen sizes.

I've been using my new Iphone 5S for two months. I have had no problems thus far. The camera is excellent and I took all my recent vacation pics on it not even using my regular camera this time.
