I love the compact size very durable faster web surfing better picture quality and quick charge

I upgraded from the 4S. The download from the cloud took too long but thankfully it was available. I wish the battery lasted longer. I am a low to moderate user as in cell phone stand-by 80-90% so the battery usually needs a boost in the evening. What if I was a heavy user?

Worth the money. It's a great phone. It's not a huge change but it's faster and the camera is a significant upgrade over previous models. The fingerprint scan sometimes doesn't work I'd recommend scanning your thumbs several different times so it's more apt to recognize you.

This is another great Apple product! With each new iPhone, it just gets better and better.

Finally upgraded my phone. Love this version of iPhone. Probably my favorite yet!!

I think I got a good deal. I like the bigger screen. I haven't found all the settings yet, like how to have my email setting to delete on swipe instead of archive. That was the first thing I looked for and still haven't found it. Other then that it's a nice upgrade.

my new phone is so much faster than my iPhone 4. It works great and keeps me organized. I don't know how I could get along without it.

I bought the iPhone 5s from BestBuy and went back to complain about the battery but they told me that many people had this issue. I believe it is a software glitch and am just going to wait it out until the software comes out. Overall great PRICE. Thank you BestBuy

The camera is good in low light. The fingerprint reader is the reason I bought this new model. The new golden color is also sober and great. Last but not the least, the apple store is a plus point for all iPhones - everything you need - from utility to past times.

If you like iPhones, there's a lot to like with the iPhone 5s. The fingerprint sensor works amazingly well. Very fast and seamless. Great camera. All the other iPhone goodies you are aware of, just better.

Apple keeps getting better and better. Great phone. Best buy makes everything easy.

This was a great upgrade especially with Best Buy's promotion for money back on my old phone. The new iPhone 5s has been working great for me. Just glad there was one more left when I went to the store.

The process to trade in my old phone was so easy and it saved so much time.

Love it!!! Fastest iPhone so far, no issues what so ever and the finger id protection is awesome!! Only downside I just got this and the 6 comes out soon

Like the phone. Appreciate the music/radio function. Sometimes an awkward shape/size. Doesn't fit in pockets, etc.

There is nothing about this product I dislike. I am a big fan of apple products and I think this is there best smart phone yet. They continuously get better with each new version. I really like the sound quality and the camera on this particular product.

This phone is very easy to use. It has a very nice camera. Images are very clear.
