Overall, I love the phone but I had to replace it only three weeks after gettin gi tbecause the ringer/silencer switch on the side broke. Even thugh I only had the product less than one month, the Best Buy Mobile where I purchased it would not replace it and I had to take it to the local Apple Store for a replacement phone.

Very nice smart phone. It is my 4th iPhone and is the best yet. Many features and apps.

Great phone with lots of extras, I finally was ready to join the rest of the world and leave my blackberry in the office drawer. I was able to have NO regrets and find the operating system was much easier to use and I would recommend the iPhone to anyone seeking an upgrade but may be nervous about change..... Get one, you won't be sorry!!!!!! My wife and daughter both have them now we are complete.

I decided to give this to my son for Christmas and he loves it. We have had all the iPhones since they first came out and this one doesn't disappoint. They only thing I wish it had was a little bit bigger screen, but I guess that will be on the iphone six

Long time Mac loyalist....great phone for beginner or the busiest executive. Absolutely essential part of life. You cannot go wrong with this mobile device.

The iPhone 5s is a good phone. I like it. It has a nice camera and clear picture.

The slow-motion camera is pretty cool. The fingerprint detection doesn't always work - you sometimes need to reposition your registered finger(s) multiple times or even use your passcode. This is my third iPhone and will likely be a lifelong user.

Apple makes the best phones, hands down, I have absolutely no negative comments to make about it. It's not big and bulky unlike the copy cat models...

apple apple apple .. if your looking for the top of the line phones .. you will have one with the 5s .. for the chip inside to the all the new features inside .. touch id you can't get enuff of it .. from locking to unlocking your phone .. apple is the best

I love iPhones and was somewhat concerned about the 5s as many people complained about the calendar; however, I found that to be easy to adjust to the differences but not so much with text messages and closing apps! Fortunately, I had some great help from my grandson and an Apple staff so I can do it all now!

I don't really like it but there are some nice features. Since my old phone broke, I was glad to have one that works but it is not my favorite. I don't know how to do all the features even after having it for four months. Not overly impressed.

I have upgraded to 5S from 4S , LTE speed and camera quality is what i like

Phone was what I needed and wanted and got several incentives with it. Only problem I had was that the att plan that we signed up for was not correctly explained and now we are paying a lot more then what we were told we would. Overall tho it was a great but with very personable sales reps. Just make sure you know what you are buying before you sign the contract.

Nice improvement from my previous iPhone 4. Like the larger Screen size.

It didn't seem any different then my 4s until I started using my wife's 4s and it felt small. So even though I'd like the screen to be larger, it's not bad. Closed system makes everything work together so it really is a great phone.

Love the camera and new fingerprint scan! Great phone!! Love my iPhones.

Apple should let you upgrade the memory with a cheap micro SD card. 16GB is really only a little over 13GB available space and that gets filled-up quickly these days. Paying $100 more for a 32GB phone though is not worth it to me.

I will forever buy Apple products from Best Buy because you all have the best prices and Apple is the best

Didn't realize how slow my phone was until I got the 5s. Good phone, efficient, but not much different in quality or style of phone than the 4, just lighter and faster.
