The phone is great overall. When I'm out in town I get great service, but in the house I get no bars. Had to by a microcell tower, now I get 5 bars. picture quality is great, streaming is fast with the LTE and the new headphone are really comfortable. I recommend this phone (I phone 5s) to everyone.

The iPhone 5s is everything I had hoped for. Much faster than my older iPhone, with dramatically better graphics and performance, The HD video is almost as good as that of my digital SLR.

The iPhone 5s is a great phone. It's much lighter than my old 4s. It's battery life is much better too.

Great product with super features. I am somewhat of a novice when using the features but I'm having fun learning how to use it. I'm only sad that I didn't make the purchase earlier.

Love the new 5se . Everything I want in a phone. The camera is great. Lovecface time with my friends and family. Over all I love the software, would never got back to any other phone.

The iPhone 5s is an excellent product. I am able to back it up, make changes, receive and send emails, keep track of a lot of information in a small package that fits in my pocket.

Upgraded a family member to this iPhone, and it was well worth it. The HD video is excellent, especially when using FaceTime. Performance is better than the older iPhone it replaced.

I got the iPhone 5s after my iPhone 5 was stolen about a month ago. I like it, but if the price on the iPhone 5 is dramatically better than on the 5s, I would go with the 5. The battery life is supposed to be better; I haven't noticed it. The browsing speed is also supposed to be better, which I also have not noticed. This could be because I had to cancel my contract and switch carriers to get a new phone for a decent price. The call quality seems worse, but I'm definitely blaming that on the new carrier. The only difference I have really noticed is the Touch ID, which I do like. I feel like it makes keeping my information secure much less of a concern.

I have 6 iPhones now 3 5s the only real draw back is the battery life. I'm constantly on y phone and many times I have to recharge it. Other than that the phone is all that and more

This phone is a replacement of our old iphone 4. It is very easy to operate. Photo quality is great.

I purchased the Gray iPhone 5s when I upgraded my daughter to my iPhone 4s. So far, so good! There are probably a lot of functions I haven't figured out yet but I'm getting there!

This phone was a gift to upgrade from a 3gs. The 5s is far above the 3gs in speed and function. I'm sure that Apple will continue to improve on this course in the coming years.

I upgraded from an iphone 4 to the 5s gold. It was a good deal with the price match and using my Best Buy rewards. It is very handy for phone calls, pictures, text, e-mails, apps, and searching on the internet. I wish they would have kept the chargers the same as the iphone 4 and ipad.

I do wish the screen was bigger and there was better contrast on the keyboard and icon so I could see it better, but the rest of the phone is great. No troubles and very fast.

Apple did a pretty good job upgrading from the 4s to the 5s. I skipped the 5 so, I don't know how it performed. The reception is better and it is faster. However, I am a little underwhelmed. I don't like the new calendar and the finger print reader only works about half the time.
