My first iPhone. It has more features than my old phone and I'll have plenty to learn with this before I get an iPhone 6.

I went in for a iPhone 4 but ended up getting a 5. The service was great, that is why I continue to purchase from best buy

Best Buy made good on their agreement with us. Although, we had to make several trips to Best Buy we are completely satisfied with our service contract and our iphones

The iPhone 5s makes me feel secure. The code less biometric entry is fabulous. The functionality of this phone fits my needs. I would recommend the Apple 5s to everyone!

Great product. worth the wait at best buy. faster than iphone4. battery life is OK. don't forget to close any open apps and turn the display off for better battery life.

My 3rd or 4th iPhone and I love it. Probably should have gotten additional memory as I'm using it more than I expected!

I have not had any problems transitioning to this iPhone. This is my fourth and there were minor issues before. This time it was very smooth.

I like everything better than previous iphone with the exception of volume controls. Just can not seem to adjust it where it is not yelling or either too soft to hear.

I didn't need to upgrade my phone from the 5, but the buy back program and sell they had made it too easy and it didn't cost me anything when all was said and done.

good phone but it crashes on the web often. Also I wanna thank best buy for putting this phone on sale right after I bought it however they won't refund you the difference oh no it's just not "policy " . Phone is good though I just wish I wouldn't have bought it at best buy

I bought this phone to replace my other iPhone which I had dropped 1 too many times. I use it to talk, text and surf the web. I am very happy with this phone.

The phone performs well in regards to call clarity, touch response, and overall durability. The battery lasts as expected for a smart phone of this nature.

Apple still has the best phones by far. Take Apple's great design with BestBuy's pricing and you have almost a perfect phone. Can't wait for the next release.

I considered switching to the S4 when it came out but the link between my phone and iPad is to valuable to me and after playing with the S4 I'm glad I stayed with Apple.

This is my first smart phone and I am still learning. However it is very impressive. I am sure it will be an integral part of my life in a very short time.
