I upgraded from IPhone4 to 5s and was amazed at the difference in speed of contraction. Also the sound quality with phone calls are much clearer with the 5s.

I've had the iphone 4 for 3 years, so this was just an upgrade. The 5s is great with more features than the 4. The new charging port is annoying since I had to buy new chargers, and the battery life is not great. Other than that, I'm pleased with the purchase.

Really love the new Iphone 5S, had a 3GS for 3 1/2 years so really ready for all the new features and upgrades.

Upgraded from iPhone 4S. The screen is bigger and has more rows for apps. The finger print recognition is great, so you don't have to remember a password.

Camera rocks! Nice call quality through ear speaker and speaker phone. Sound quality is also nice with music!

Works great, does everything I need, camera is great, Internet is fast, calendar is awesome, apps are great.

I'm on my 5th new Iphone and love it! It keeps getting better and better.

Plain and simple it just works. Everything I've ask it to do it just does. Camera works quite well. I hated all my previous phones but like the iPhone.

The phone was easy to set up, it easy to use due to basic GUI & functionality. I can iCloud my Mac & Apple TV as well, it was a good purchase overall.

This is my 4th iphone and byfar this one is the best. Lots of features, and Apple is far and away the best!

A great phone. It is my first smart phone and it is providing great service. I can't wait to upgrade at a later date. It was a great starter phone. Easy to learn and provides great service. The only negative issue we had was that there was no instructions or paperwork which came with the phone. I understand if you all want to save on paper, but how about providing a website where you can go and learn all about the features on your phone.

I have had an iPhone for several years and keep upgrading. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to use iTunes to transfer photos from a computer to an iPhone or iPad. I am always afraid of syncing or deteting the wrong thing. But that is a whole different issue.

Love my iphone 5s. Upgraded from 4s, and this one is lighter and images are sharper. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Get one, you'll love it.

I have had an iPhone from the first ones manufactured. The old phone needed replaced and when Best Buy had a discounted price on Black Friday, I jumped on it. First, the on-line experience with Best Buy was excellent. I was able to extend my current contract and have it quickly verified by the carrier. After finishing the transaction, I was able to make an appointment to pick up the phone at a nearby store on the same day. I was in and our of the store in minutes, despite the fact that it was Black Friday. The phone is great and buying it was a breeze.

Upgraded to this from an iPhone 4 and can't believe the amount of differences between the phone. I loved my old one, but love this one even more.

Love this 5S. Has everything I need without being a huge phone in size.
