I can always count on Apple products to be user friendly and dependable.

I upgraded from a 3 and was blown away by how fast the 5s processes.

The camera is just the right size, I like the color options, easy to use and plenty of apps to chose.

I am satisfied with the phone, but my experience in the store was bad. During store pick up, I also bought defender and Bluetooth. However, after I left the store I noticed three items in my receipt. Was very busy in life so unable to go to the store for explanation. When I got the time, I went to the store and asked an explanation about the third item. I have been told "it is some sort of a SIM card". I did not buy a SIM card, just upgrade my phone from 4 to 5s and why should I need a SIM card for upgrade, I asked. However, no body able to explaine this to me even the store Manager, so I left the store disappointed and worried for "identity theft ". I called AT&T and asked if somebody has another line under my name. I have been a coustomer for Bestbuy since 2005 with big trust to the company, this is my bad experience in the store.

Great phone so far, no complaints. The only thing that needs some improvement is the battery life but other than that its an excellent phone.

We purchased this for a teenager. She is tech savvy and really loves this phone. It's styling, storage size (16gb), features are all what she's familiar with already. It seems a bit light in weight and there wasn't a great selection of protective cases that allow you to see the gold back to the phone. Overall, this is a tried and true Apple product from the packaging to the features offered on a phone. Technology sure has come a long way baby! We are a family of iProducts - pod, 3G phone, pad, desktop, and so the new phone fits right in.

I've had a Blackberry for years (my last upgrade was 2008) so for me this phone is awesome. I started with an iPad two years ago so I'm more familiar with how to use it. I love being able to look things up quickly on the web, especially when shopping. I also love having all my coupons just a touch away. The hardest thing for me is getting use to the keypad for texting. I'm always hitting the wrong keys. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and it was an awesome price. Worst part was having to pay taxes on the full retail price.

Upgraded from 4S and loving it! Faster speeds (operating and connection) are biggest pluses to me, but the gold color is a highlight too.

The phone is everything I needed. I changed from a android and that was a great phone but the iPhone is much more simple and easier to use.

Very smooth, expect more when iphone 6 is launched. The screen is kind of small but easy to hold. The button is not as smooth as I thought

I really like this phone, it's better than the 4, it has a nice look n is a slim design that fits in my pocket. Lots of storage space too.

This is an iphone, so it is great. The new thumb print reader is a good idea. I know it isn't hack proof, but it does make easier to use.

This is a good phone for both personnel and business use. It is a big upgrade over the iPhone 4.

Very fast processor, noticeably faster than the previous version. High quality screen and general finish. Fingerprint sensor works great!

My 5s is an upgrade over the 4s. I also changed carriers. Pay a little more, but eliminated dropped calls and a faster internet speed...much faster. Camera was also an upgrade eliminating the need for another to device to carry around.
