My main complaint is the readability of the fonts for notifications. Some, not all, but most seem to have a grey box with white font that is very thin. Shows off pixel density but almost impossible to read w/o magnifying glass. Many functions changed dramatically, esp. calendar. Took me a long time to figure out where "list" went, figured out had to do search to get the list that used to be an explicit option. Geek Squad conversion from 4S was very smooth, with nothing lost.

Enjoy switching from a Motorola Atrix 2 that I had been using. Easy to learn then differences between ANDROID and the IOS software. Glad that I made the switch.

I never setup passwords to unlock any of my previous phones. Well, as it goes I lost my last phone. Just glad it was another iphone I was able to use "find my iphone" app and lock it. Anyway on the 5s there is a fingerprint reading feature for unlocking the phone. Once it is setup it is easy and quick to unlock my phone. My opinion it is better than swiping numbers to unlock a phone

This is probably my 7 or 8th iPhone and it has not disappointed. Quality of the device is outstanding and while it seems familiar is also feels fresh. The new thumbprint recognition is incredibly convenient and really fast. For $99 this was a great value. Slow motion video is my favorite new feature.

I traded my 4 in for the 5s. I use my phone so much at work I wore my last phone out. Best buy had a great trade in promotion. They helped me set it up and it was ready to go. The gold is so beautiful. The fingerprint I.D. Is pretty cool. The more I use it the more great feature I find. Love this phone!

Network speed is better than iPhone 4. Sound and Camera qualities are great.

I paid full price for this Iphone to replace my Samsung S4 that had major reception issues, This phone looks great and functions well, just as my other iPhones had in the past. I have static as background noise with this iPhone where as I didn't have this type of issue with other Iphones in the past. Overall, this phones works much better than what I had and will keep it.

Fingerprint sensor works very well and fast. Phone is swift in operation.

Overall a good product, easy to use. Camera is much better and improved.
