I had the Iphone 4 so its a big upgrade for me. If you have the Iphone 5, it wouldn't be much of an upgrade for you if you updated your software. Overall I love it and I'm a big apple fan.

After many years of Android I gave Apple a try. So far I liked the size of it and the quality of camera.

Super enjoying using my new phone my wife loves her also glad we upgraded except for AT&T's NOT waiving the upgrade fee and not informing us until we received our bill. ATT&T sucks

Best buy nor ATT CUSTIMER SERVICE REPS dont tell yoou that by upgrading a phone and signing another 2 year contract, they tie you I to a contract and strip you of the customer appreciation savings of $25. So I nstead of paying $15, ATT ups the fee to $40. How is this customer appreciation? You wind up paying $25 more foe 24 months which is $600 plus the $200 that we paid Best Buy. We are going to wind up paying $800 for a new phone... not fair!!!

Very happy with it. Great functionality.Had switched from an Android phone and i am very glad that I did.Setup was easy and fast, no issues at all.I would recommend this phone to a friend. Mind you i bought this in Nov 29 .2013 and it still working like brand new.

I have been a loyal apple user for a long time. Love the operating system and the camera is also great.

Love the phone but wish they would have left the 30 pin plug, every thing else is great. Have had a couple problems answering calls but it's a great phone with all the apps available

It took me awhile to move to the iPhone 5 from the 3GS version but I'm glad I did. The expanded usefulness of the phone was remarkable and the functionality performed as promised.

I have been using the Apple product since the very first IPhone. It has not disappointed me yet.. I even love opening the box.. Needless to say more.. It enabled me to have my music, access to my social networks and stay in touch via phone and text.. It is a great product to have .

This is the best phone I have ever owned. Apple has done a nice job adding features and fixing bugs in all their previous models. There are a lot of choices out there In the cell phone world but I still put Apple at the top. Customer service and tech support are second to none!!

I love the iPhone 5s. One of my favorite things is the photostream; my family and I can keep in touch by posting our pictures. It's a very sleek phone and works great for me.

Get the new glass type protector. It's clean looking and much better than the plastic type. Also invest in a good case. It's really a great phone with a much easier to read home page. I'm very happy with my upgrade.

I keep going back to the iPhone. I've looked and played with other brands and operating systems and the iPhone doesn't try to throw everything but the kitchen sink at you with useless features just to say it has more.

Best of the IPhones. Light and thin. Good camera. I love the fingerprint ID to unlock the phone.

Apple continues to develop and improve the iPhone. I have upgraded each time a new phone has been introduced. With each replacement, I pass the previous model to a family member to continue its life. Apple has always been a great choice. I greatly anticipate the new model.

The iPhone 5S is a great device. All but the fingerprint reader works exactly as advertised. My iPhone 4 never let me down and now I feel that I have the same only better.

This phone is a good upgrade from a iPhone 4s, the only reason I returned it was because I had the ability to get the iPhone 6.
