I have had the IPhone 5s for two years now and so far it had had both its ups, and its downs. This has been my first IPhone, coming straight from a Samsung Galaxy, and at first I fell in love with the phone’s appearance and its ability to download apple applications quickly. It is both sleek and sharp looking and has allowed me to use applications that my previous phones would not accept. As time passed with this phone however, it began operating slowly and lost its battery charge a lot quicker. The size and style of the phone is what I first fell in love with. It is easy to carry around in your pockets, with or without a phone case on it. Although it has a significant size difference compared to other popular phones, the IPhone still provides an adequate screen size, as well as the keyboard size. The IPhone also has a very sleek and cool appearance to it. The applications and tools on the IPhone is what have stayed consistently the best quality. It offers a great camera along with many effects you can apply on both pictures and videos. You also have quick access to both the stock market exchange and popular newsstands. The IPhone also allows you to download many games and other applications that are only allowed by apple products. The charge of the phone and how quickly it charges is something that has changed considerably as it has aged. When I first purchased this phone, it charged very quickly and kept its charge for an entire day, and possibly longer considering a number of variables. Now it charges much slower and loses its charge much quicker. When considering the speed and storage of the phone there are several other factors that one needs to take into opinion. The memory storage on your phone depends on what type of gigabyte storage you have on the phone that you have purchased. My phone has 16GB worth of memory space available on it, so I have never had any problems with storing photos, videos, or music. To conclude, this has been a great phone for the last couple of years with a few exceptions. The battery life and the speed of charge could use improvement. Other then these two factors I would highly suggest purchasing this phone.

The iPhone has everything you want and need in a handheld device. The miracle that it is will keep getting better every year and I look forward to what it will do next. I bought this one for my wife with my upgrade and hope she returns the favor come the next release.

Love the new iPhone 5s. Tremendous value and very good service as well. Set-up was easy and we we're fortunate that best buy was the only retailer that had the gold iPhone 5s in stock and we were very please!

I like the iPhone. It's fairly easy to navigate. It's an improvement over the iPhone 4.

I've been using iPhone since 2009. It's a great experience to integrate the phone with my daily life. iPhone is always reliable and with high profiled quality. This time, I bought the new iPhone 5S at bestbuy with a very pleasant experience. Thanks guys! Good job!

As a phone each factor of it is superlative. Even with 16 gigs I find it works wifi with speed and efficiency for my needs. I have " Pong Research " for control of EMF's and signal strength for IPad 4. I would especially recommend this when holding close to ear.

Overall, I love the phone but I had to replace it only three weeks after gettin gi tbecause the ringer/silencer switch on the side broke. Even thugh I only had the product less than one month, the Best Buy Mobile where I purchased it would not replace it and I had to take it to the local Apple Store for a replacement phone.

Easy to use if your familiar with smart phones. I love the iPhone so I am very happy with my upgrade. I have noticed that sometimes the screen is not as sensitive as my previous iPhones so I have to push the screen a little harder. Other than that, it's great!

Great phone with lots of extras, I finally was ready to join the rest of the world and leave my blackberry in the office drawer. I was able to have NO regrets and find the operating system was much easier to use and I would recommend the iPhone to anyone seeking an upgrade but may be nervous about change..... Get one, you won't be sorry!!!!!! My wife and daughter both have them now we are complete.

I had an iPhone 4 forever and I was content. I felt as if a phone was just a phone. However I have to admitt I love my new iPhone. I will always buy my phone from Best Buy the service was excellent and I did not have to wait in line for 4 hours at AT&T.

I had a samsung galaxy s3 prior to my IPhone, the switch was definitely worth it. The battery life is perfect, the usability of the phone and the internet speed is exactly what it should be for a leading smartphone. Love it. Best choice I ever made to switch

I have always like Iphone, although Samsung S4 seems to have more, but I refuse to change because all my stuff is in Itunes, I just wish Apple would get their phones screen a little bigger and make their phone thinner. Besides that, I'm happy with my phone.

I decided to give this to my son for Christmas and he loves it. We have had all the iPhones since they first came out and this one doesn't disappoint. They only thing I wish it had was a little bit bigger screen, but I guess that will be on the iphone six

Long time Mac loyalist....great phone for beginner or the busiest executive. Absolutely essential part of life. You cannot go wrong with this mobile device.

The iPhone 5s is a good phone. I like it. It has a nice camera and clear picture.

Short battery life but love the phone accessibility and how easy is to navigate.
