The weight is greatly reduced, but the build quality is not quite as good as the iPhone 4S. Specifically, the Power On/Off button on the top rattles when you shake the phone. Early reports attribute the rattle to various components inside the phone but if you put on a case or hold the power button with a finger, the rattle stops. Overall, it is a nice improvement but I wish I would have kept my iPhone 4S until the iPhone 6 comes out.

This is my 3rd iPhone and I really love the new camera. Picture are so much clearer. I really enjoy taking pictures while the person is moving and then you can pick out the pictures you want to keep. This is great for taking pictures of my grand baby who never site still.

This replaced an iPhone 4. New phone is much thinner and lighter. This phone is a lot faster.

Would highly recommend this phone due to its high speed, great picture and upgraded camera.

Had an Android before, got tired of extra steps to sync calendar, mail, etc. This phone has surpassed my expectations for ease of integration, allows me to use Google tools much easier too on my Mac :)

I really like my new iPhone 5S. The photos are beautiful. The fingerprint code to turn on the phone does not work well at all. After talking to various people, we determined that the older you are, the less likely the fingerprint "turn on" feature will work.

It's a great iphone. Larger screen but still small enough to fit in the pocket. As an iPhone 4 user, the fingerprint sensor caused me to adjust how I unlock the phone. Instead of a click and swipe, it's now a click and pause to unlock the phone.

Good battery life and camera is better than the 4S. Thin and light. Good upgrade.

This iPhone is fast, and after tweaking the settings, battery life is MUCH improved. I like iOS 7 and its new features. Take the time to learn about the new features and you will be well rewarded. It helps you stay organized and in touch. It makes sense to upgrade since I sold my previous iPhone on Craigslist for more than it cost me to upgrade. Plus, once your 2 years are up, AT&T doesn't drop the cost for data and minutes, so they are making more after their subsidy is paid off. There is absolutely no reason not to upgrade. Also, with Apple's Music Match for $25 per year, I can stream over 50GB of music with only a 32 GB phone. My classic iPod has been retired.

Great phone. Best buy associate sold me the geek squad plan and said it was only 9.99 failed to tell me it was a monthly charge. But other than that I only paid 79.99 for a 32gb iPhone 5s

Great in store experience of trading in the phone for new model

I recharge the battery every day...sometimes twice a day. I was expecting the battery to last longer. However it is easy for me to recharge at work or in the car...and the amazing features and functionality make up for any battery issues.

It's an iPhone. The screen is better than the last model we had. The new lighting connector is a pain. I guess it's a better connector than the old 30 pin connecter, but you either have to buy all new iPhone/iPod devices, or buy the adapter. I would advise spending the extra money on the adapter with the cable so you won't have to remove your phone case to plug it in.

I have recommended Best Buy and the iPhone5s to anyone that asks. Great battery life, best pictures to date for an iPhone. The slo-mo video is great for fast action sports, etc.

Easy to use. Nice picture quality. Im hoping speakers will last longer.

I have nothing bad to say about this phone. Ive had an iPhone since the 3 was released. Ive had a 3, 4 and a 4s and now a 5s. I don't think Ill ever switch. The 5s with the slightly larger size is perfect in my hand. I do however wish it came with the in fared sensor on it like some of the other new phones so we could control just about everything in our homes.

All in all, another great product from Apple. Quality of pictures is great, latest apps really help on the day to day. Battery charges super fast and with some tips you can make it last for almost 2 days with a regular use.

It took a while for me to pull the trigger on upgrading from my iPhone 4S because it appeared from the outside to be a minor change. This phone just continues to blow me away with its speed. This is truly a powerful tool.
