I am so glad that I upgraded from the iPhone 4S; this phone lives up to the hype of being faster and really works well with the IOS7 update. My most favorite feature is the fingerprint sensor....which doesn't limit it to just one fingerprint (you can scan them all) to unlock your phone! The phone just feel more user friendly; any Apple fan would really be happy if they upgraded!

I went into the Best Buy in Bridgewater still undecided whether to get a 5S or a 5C. There were no display copies of the phones to view and compare. Simon, the salesperson, refused to let us look at either phone in the colors I was interested in, in fact he refused to let us look at any of 5S or 5C. He wouldn't even let us hold one of the boxes unless we bought the phone. Since I did want to purchase the phone and I wanted it in silver, I decided to buy it. Simon then refused to offer any assistance or instructions on transferring my apps and files to the new phone (he just told me to go back home and figure it out). My family had also wanted to buy a second phone that night for my son, but after that treatment my wife and son walked out of the store while I purchased my one 5S. I was able to make all of the transfers at home, but it would have been better if I could have gotten guidance. I am a long time Bridgewater Best Buy customer and was very disappointed in the service I received. I am very happy with the phone

The phone is great at everything it does, its quick and runs apps at blazing speeds, makes calls, and with iCloud is a breeze to setup. TouchID is flaky but when it works is truly magical. My only gripe is the batter life. I 'm not sure if its my particular usage but I barely get a day's worth out of the battery, which was on par with my iphone 4 which had an older battery.

This phone has everything that the iPhone 4s has but taller screen and much better Built in camera, also better screen resolution And also it LTE network which is 5 times faster Than the previous iPhone 4S

This phone makes the gap between the Computer desktop (MAC) and the phone even smaller, integration keeps improving, now with a number of free apps from apple like ilife and iWork's, the phone is standard a perfect tool to be an extension for your computer , even better when using cloud services. No need to take an additional camera with you, it does it all !! Apple keeps improving phones that are already hard to improve ! I would advice not to go for the 16 Gb version but get more memory, specially when you get hooked to all the multimedia features the phone can handle

I upgraded from the 4s to the 5s and I love it. I love the Touch ID instead of tring to enter my pass code; it's convenient when I'm driving. I like the bigger screen and the better camera resolution.

Upgraded from an iPhone 5 and I'm pleasantly surprised at the upgraded speed and camera. The finger print scanner is perfect and an added security bonus!

Great phone. I've had all iphones except the first one. I upgraded from iPhone 5 for a better camera and faster processing. Would highly recommend.

Ths phone is great! I love having an easy to use phone that moves at lightning speed. It's very sleek, even though the battery seems to run down quickly. I'm so glad to have upgraded to the 5s

I love my new iPhone 5S. My 4 would be so slow opening apps etc. My only complaint is battery life. And yes, I close all programs each day. But for the camera and video quality, et's great.

The iPhone 5S is exactly what you would expect. While each phone has it's downside the iphone 5S is it's battery life. The drainage is not so bad that I can't stand it or want to take it back but it's noticeable. I am a tech nerd do I have already placed all the settings to maximize the battery life. The plus side to the phone is no longer having to enter a pin to unlock but just the natural placement of your thumb does it for you. There has been several crash issues but as with each past new iphone it will get fixed with an update soon.

Great upgrade from the 5 as it is faster and the quality of pictures is better. I also added the HD screen protector which is great as it keeps the screen free from marks and scratches.

The new 64-bit architecture and A7 chipset of the iphone 5S shine, especially when recording video, taking pictures (in burst) and playing video games. the OS is fluid and easy to use.

Same great build quality and fantastic ecosystem that I have happily enjoyed and heavily relied on for years. I utilize all Apple products because they are long lasting, easy to set up/use, work flawlessly with each other, can be upgraded for years after initial purchase, and have the best customer support team I have ever used. Also, the products have never irritated me the way overpriced plastic disposable fragmented junk of other manufacturers has consistently done (and still does at work). This iPhone 5s was everything I expected upgrading from a three year old iPhone 4. Apple is not for everyone of course, but it is exactly what works best for me.

A bit of an upgrade from the iPhone 4; but unless you have already locked yourself into the Apple universe, you may not want to start out with the 5S. Good video quality and camera resolution. Larger than previous iterations of the iPhone, but isn't a Samesung or Android sized screen. If you have gmail, recommend using the Gmail app.

Upgraded to the iPhone5s because my 4s was stolen. I was a little hesitant but really love my new phone. The pictures from the camera are amazing! I've printed 8x10 pictures from my phone camera and they've turned out FANTASTIC! Almost as good as my very expensive SLR. The people at Best Buy were great to work with, better than going to ATT. The special they ran was worth it, saved me over $100 on my whole phone package. My phone works wonderful, the sound is better than my previous phone and the apps are incredible! I've thoroughly enjoyed my phone and hope it lasts as long as my other phone did, over 2 years and going strong for my 4s.

The phone is great and a very nice upgrade from my iPhone 4. The touch id and Siri are great, but the battery life is only average.

I love the camera and the quality of the phone itself. I also find the size a plus. Popular androids are too large for my hands.

If you used and like an iPhone in the past, this won't come as a surprise to you, but this phone is very good. Great picture quality, app selection is insane, fingerprint scanner works surprisingly well and occasionally it functions as a perfectly serviceable telephone too. If you're an iPhone user and you are eligible to upgrade and have the desire to do so, you won't be disappointed. If you've never used an iPhone before and are considering this one, it's awesome and easy, get it and don't look back.
