This is a great phone. I upgraded from a 3G 4S and it is faster. The finger print reader works well unless you hands are dry and chaffed from the cold. Larger screen but still lighter than 4S. It has a better camera.

So far so good. I had the 4s and I was going to wait until the 6 came out. But best buy made me a deal I couldn't pass up. I love this phone! The camera options are fantastic. With the burst mode and auto HDR makes it great. The screen size is great and with the ios 7 updates I love it even more. The only problem I've had was with the signal. It's LTE, but I have signal problems even when I have more than enough bars. I switched it to 3G and I get a better response and less signal issues. Overall battery life for me has improved and I couldn't be happier. I will be going back to best buy for the 6 and I will give my wife my 5s. Not because I don't like what I have, but I am looking forward to the 6!

I really like the iphone 5s. It is fast and responsive. Good call quality. I really have been an iphone fan since I bought my first iphone 2 years ago. This phone does not disappoint. The finger print scanner took some getting used to but it works great after some practice. Only drawbacks are price and battery does not seem to last as long as my last iphone 4s. Otherwise it is a great phone.

This is the best yet! Thrilled with the upgrade from the 4s. Same great os but better hardware, faster, bigger screen, better camera. Switching was a snap with iCloud.

Love my new I-phone 5s for the most part. I bought it unlocked and it was great since I recently went on vacation abroad and was able to buy/rent sim cards instead of paying exorbitant roaming charges. Things I do not love - spotty reception, dropped calls, battery life and the price.

I expected the phone to be of excellent quality and was not disappointed. I know.competitor's phones have a larger screen. I did not want that. For me, the iphone 5s is the perfect size.

The iPhone 5s is much like the iPhone 5 that I had before. Major features are access to LTE and increased screen size to 4 inches. I am finding I like the fingerprint access feature more than I thought I would. It takes great pictures and has a rich App Store ecosystem. I like the 4 inch screen size I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about the larger iPhone 6. I own an android phone as well but prefer my iPhone.

I upgraded from an iPhone 4s to an iPhone 5s, and I am satisfied, but nothing more. The 5s is slimmer, lighter and faster, and the camera is better than the 4s. The new operating system is nicer too -- but it worked just as well on the 4s. I downsized from a 64bit to a 32 bit -- I don't really need more size for music -- and the Verizon deal meant it only cost $225. I'm happy to have the newest iPhone out -- but in retrospect, I'm not sure it was worth the cost. The differences between the 4s and 5s are not that great.

I had an old iPhone, so switching to the 5S was like night and day. It's lightning fast, easy to use and LOVE the fingerprint ID to access. I also had at&t and had lousy service at home and at work. I switched to Verizon and have AWESOME coverage. I was at a concert the other night in Marysville and the at&t'ers were out of luck. I was able to text and call to meet up with other Verizon peeps!

Apple connects automatically with all my other devices. The camera takes excellent pictures. My calls are clear and easy to make. I have never had a single one drop. Texting is easier than ever! Fits easily in my pocket. I have owned BlackBerries Google phone, androids and this is by far the best. I may never purchase another phone.

Great phone with awesome capabilities! Feels very snappy, the pictures taken with the camera are excellent. I absolutely love the burst shooting mode. Fingerprint sensor works very well, unless I spent the day digging up gravel with my base fingers, but that is to be expected. Great phone overall, beautiful build quality.

The iPhone 5s overall is a very nice smartphone. While the Finger Print Scanner can be touchy the camera more than makes up any other drawbacks. The phone is very fast. The size is nice. IOS 7 however is work in progress and can be a pain on occasion I'm sure the bugs will be worked out in time. I would buy the 32 gig model as a minimum. Overall I’m very happy with the phone and would recommend it anyone.

Bought this phone for my wife as a replacement for her 4S. She's loved the phone, as the upgrade from 3G to LTE as well as the screen size increase was fantastic for her. The only thing she's had any issue with has been the TouchID sensor, one of the main features of the phone. It's maddeningly inconsistent on accepting her print. This is the only thing keeping it from a five star rating. I feel that one of the main selling points of the device should work as advertised.

I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for amazing technology yet simple at the same time. Best battery of any smartphone I've owned and the camera is awesome too! I would like the Samsung phones too, but not at the expense of horrible battery life!

Apple doesn't dissapoint with the "S" version of the 5. Slo-mo cam is cool, its very fast and built for iOS 7. Fignerprint sensor blows me away, remembers up to five fingers. Certainly worth the money, Apple always makes their products so user friendly. A+

This is my first iphone, I have previously owned three Motorola droids ( original) 4 htc rezounds, my wife; however has had the iPhone 4 since it first came out on verizon and has always given me a hard time about having to replace phone after phone. I finally made the switch, and see what all of the fuss is about. The battery, the quickness, the convenience and ease all hands down trump the little green robot. The good is this phone does everything and anything I could ever ask. The bad has not much to do with the phone, I have unlimited data and hotspot (currently using about 16mb alone per month), and to keep it I had to pay full retail price for the phone which was an arm and a leg, but iPhone or not that has to do with my plan and not the devise. Go get this phone, you will love it!!

Spend too much time disconnecting the auto connects after activating. If I don't do this, my battery can drain with my phone just sitting there not in use.

I went from an iPhone 4S to a 5S and am impressed with much higher speeds. Going from a 3G to a 4G is only half the speed increase. The processor is definitely faster, too.The camera is better, too, both for stills and video.

This is a great new phone. The fingerprint feature is relatively useless, but cool to play with. Phone takes great pictures and is incredibly fast. Screen size could be a bit bigger but I enjoy the compactness of the phone.

The iPhone 5S is a all around great phone. The size of the phone fits comfortably into your hand and does not feel bulky like many of the smartphones. The new improved camera & flash make photos on the 5S better than ever.
