Great phone overall. Ive had iphone for the last three generations. Very pleased with OS and plenty of new features. Only issues is with battery life. Having to charge once throughout the day is something that need fixing. also the colors chip. not only on the space gray but on the white and silver as well. Besides that it is a great phone overall.

The iphone 5S is very fast, includes an excellent camera, retina display, and has the ease of use that you would expect from Apple. The battery is like all smartphone limited, and the lightning interface while improved from the old 30 pin means you will probably want new docks, etc...

I upgraded my 4s for this one and couldn't be any happier. It is faster and the video quality is superb! I would have been better if the battery life lasts more but because I'm using the Bluetooth and several apps on the background I am not complaining much in how long it lasts :)

I bought a galaxy s5 which I hated with a passion. The phone was too big and the battery life was not great. I exchanged it and decided to get a 5S. I like this phone better because the apps are a lot faster and the screen is slightly bigger than the 4S I previously had.

Got a great trade-in on my 4S, so I decided to upgrade, even though I loved my 4S. Glad I did! The Touch ID time savings and better security is worth the price of admission. And 64-bit processor will be fast for a long time. Bigger screen, better camera nice, too. Go for it!

There is nothing more tedious than the iPhone v. Android debate. If you like your phone, good for you, it really shouldn't define you as a human being. I got a 3GS back in 2010 because I needed a new phone, and having played around with iPhones belonging to friends, it seemed very intuitive, so I made it my first smartphone. Finally upgrading was an easier decision after doing some research about the 5S's 64-bit processor, because the technology gives you a bit more time before your device becomes obsolete. My wife has a Galaxy 4, loves it, and it has a lot of things to recommend it. I'm comfortable with the iPhone, it's fast, the processor and camera upgrades are significant, and getting it for $75 off was the icing on the cake. I'll say the same thing about the 5s that I said about ny 3GS when people asked how I like it: It just works great. If you prefer Androids, I'm not going to waste any effort trying to change your mind.

This is my second iPhone and I am very pleased with how easy it is to use and how fast it is. I find myself using this to keep up with my friends and read my email, view websites, etc. more than my laptop. I like the size and how 'portable' it is.

Iphone 5s w/ fingerprint sensor embedded in home button, no need input a password or swipe yo unlock. It works extremely well. Logging onto the phone much faster than using password or PIN. Phone itself faster, and improvement over iphone 5 to everyday activities. Camera application is already tapping into thst speed, including the slow-mo, bost most features are really fun to play with, add a lot to already top-notch camera experience. Iphone 5s simply worth it for the better instagrams alone. This is the best phone to have in your packer or bags.

Have used the IPhone 5S for about 2 months. Few if any faults. Functions very well as a phone (plenty of volume), photos and videos are very good, and the numerous apps cover about any subject/interest. Got 32 GB model to make sure there was plenty of storage space. Only issue was during one phone call attempt the IPhone went into "searching" mode looking for a cell tower. Only after I completely shut the phone off then on did it reconnect again.

This is my third iPhone. Overall upgrading from a 4S to a 5S was pretty much as expected. iOS 7 is faster, the larger retina screen is great. The Touch ID works well.

The iPhone has been around for several years now, and every year Apple is improving it with each new release, as well as enhancing the software. This is my 3rd iPhone to have, and I see no reason in switching over to a different line of phones. I'm very satisfied with how the phone works; I can do practically everything online that a PC can do! The newest iOS release is just great. It has so many features that make the iPhone all the better. It's easy to navigate around and use for all users. the phone is compact, yet still large enough to do what you would like. There are some apps or web browsings where one would wish to have a larger screen; with all the other pluses of the phone, that kind of isn't much of an issue.

I was able to upgrade to bigger storage on this phone. Love the screen size for reading and viewing videos. Enjoy the camera. Takes great photos

Anyone who has an iPhone knows how easy they are to use. Although there aren't many noticeable enhancements with the 5S, it's the inside that counts. The A7 chip is superfast and the apps being developed should be able to tap into that power. The only thing I would warn users about is location services. These can drain your battery, so make sure you use them sparingly, especially when navigating (turn it off or select 'done' when finished.) Other than that, iPhone 5S has the ability to connect your life with everyone who matters.

The biggest difference I notice between this phone and the 4S is that the operating system is incredibly fast. You don't realize how slow the last one was until you see how fast this one is. I like the larger storage space for my music and photos; however, there is still great room for improvement in the camera. Low light photos are still poor in my opinion. The fingerprint unlock is a bit more convenient than typing in your pin to unlock, but honestly I stll unlock the old fashioned way anyway most of the time. I do like the larger screen; however, some pants don't have pockets that fit the extra size of this phone. I do NOT like to put my phone in a back pocket and will only use a front one, so the bigger phone is a bit too large for some clothing which is a trade off for some of us girls. Overall I do like this phone and I got the gold one which I wanted. I would recommend it if you are an apple fan.

I was looking for a phone with the horsepower to run this new-fangled operating system that essentially turned my old and busted 3 year-old phone into a doorstop and found this little beauty! Not only is it lighter and faster than my old iPhone, but it has a tiny, humorless woman inside that tells me what to do and where to go. Just like my wife in real life! Wow. Verisimilitude is crazy like that. After a week of arduously mulling over what color to pick, I eventually went with white because the gold one would have just amplified the feeling of being in a better tax bracket and I wish to remain humble. I recommend the same to you, dear consumer; especially if you take public transportation. In conclusion: hooo doggy!

I have had iPhones for many generations. But, I made the mistake of buying the 5S from BestBuy. The phone had some problems with intermittent call quality. On Day 15, I took it to BestBuy and told them it had problems, that the phone was a lemon and that I wanted it replaced. Sorry, they said that return limit on phones is 14 days. (Note: BB advertises 15 days return policy for most items). Refused to help me. So, I went to the local Apple store. Told them the problem with the phone. They asked me if my phone was backed up. Yes. Then offered me a new phone. Simple. That is customer service that BB fails to provide.

Upgraded from a 4, so had an idea of what to expect from the 5s. Overall really happy with the phone. Faster, bigger, more features. Just wish the battery lasted longer.

Battery life not so great but fingerprint scanner is awesome. Faster processor, better camera. Siri is improved.

Very satisfied with upgrade from 4S. Great fast processor and camera. Great for storing video and audio files.
