happy I have more memory!!! its just too bad they're so expensive when you're not getting it in conjunction with a plan

I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for amazing technology yet simple at the same time. Best battery of any smartphone I've owned and the camera is awesome too! I would like the Samsung phones too, but not at the expense of horrible battery life!

Apple doesn't dissapoint with the "S" version of the 5. Slo-mo cam is cool, its very fast and built for iOS 7. Fignerprint sensor blows me away, remembers up to five fingers. Certainly worth the money, Apple always makes their products so user friendly. A+

I had the iPhone 3s way back, about 5 years ago. Then the economy changed & I wasn't able to keep my phone active. So, now that things are getting better, I was able to get back to using the iPhone with a brand new 5s. Omg! This phone is by my side 24/7. I'm the Director of Social Media for an IT company. So it's very important to me to have the best. If a client sees me with a bad smartphone, it ruins my credibility. So, what better place to get the best, than Best Buy?

I love this phone! The operating system runs flawlessly on the 5s. The 4g capability runs lightning fast. The camera quality is as good as a low end dslr and I love how you can record in 120fps. The only problem with this phone is that I can't afford to give everyone else in the world this device. Go buy it now!

I'd been due for an upgrade to my iPhone 4 for several months and was waiting to see if the 5s would be worth the extra money. For me, it definitely was. Since I was already familiar with the iPhone OS, there wasn't any need for adjustment. I noticed a huge difference in speed though, not only in application performance (one photo editing app that on the 4 I'd tell to save my edited photo and then put it down and walk away while it worked, was instantly done on the 5s) but also in web browsing and downloading. The screen is fantastically sharp and clear and the sound is great coming out of the little speakers. Sometimes I like to flip on a podcast while doing the dishes or some other little chore and it's nice to just play directly from the phone with no dock and still get good quality sound. I haven't had any problems but if I did, I'm not worried about it - Apple has always been great to me when it comes to backing up their devices. I had my iPhone 4 for more than three years and fully expect this 5s to last at least that long.

This is my first iphone, I have previously owned three Motorola droids ( original) 4 htc rezounds, my wife; however has had the iPhone 4 since it first came out on verizon and has always given me a hard time about having to replace phone after phone. I finally made the switch, and see what all of the fuss is about. The battery, the quickness, the convenience and ease all hands down trump the little green robot. The good is this phone does everything and anything I could ever ask. The bad has not much to do with the phone, I have unlimited data and hotspot (currently using about 16mb alone per month), and to keep it I had to pay full retail price for the phone which was an arm and a leg, but iPhone or not that has to do with my plan and not the devise. Go get this phone, you will love it!!

Decided to try Verizon as I have heard it has the best coverage. BB had a promo on the 5s, and Apple has always been consistent with its function. So far so good. I enjoy the phone and the service has been good. Its a pity Vzn limits, or charges you $$ for its data service. Verizon customer service is Ok but you get the sense of attitude with them.

Spend too much time disconnecting the auto connects after activating. If I don't do this, my battery can drain with my phone just sitting there not in use.

The Mac operating system is so streamlined and the device itself is highly intuitive with Siri and the thumbprint sensor. The camera takes very sharp images and you are able to configure the general settings as you like.

I went from an iPhone 4S to a 5S and am impressed with much higher speeds. Going from a 3G to a 4G is only half the speed increase. The processor is definitely faster, too.The camera is better, too, both for stills and video.

This is a great new phone. The fingerprint feature is relatively useless, but cool to play with. Phone takes great pictures and is incredibly fast. Screen size could be a bit bigger but I enjoy the compactness of the phone.

The iPhone 5S is a all around great phone. The size of the phone fits comfortably into your hand and does not feel bulky like many of the smartphones. The new improved camera & flash make photos on the 5S better than ever.

I love this new phone. I love the extra 32G of memory too. The phone has all you would expect from Apple. The battery doesn't stay charged for too long, but it does charge up super quick to make up for that.

Got this phone for my daughter who absolutely loves it! It was a replacement phone for her, so decided to get the extra memory.There is so much it can do and will take a while to figure all that out. Very user friendly, great picture quality and video/sound quality.

The battery life is long lasting, even when using apps that would typically drain much of the life. The camera takes excellent pictures, great quality. The design is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

I upgraded from An Iphone 4 - the 3G was having a hard time handling the upgraded apps and was slow. Love the Iphone 5s!!! Enjoy the bigger screen size, the biometrics,the improved camera and the speed!

As regular price goes this would have been a foolish purchase to upgrade my 4S 16gb to this 5S 32gb if there was no trade-in bonus. The screen is much improved and slightly larger making things easier to read on my aging eyes. The biggest disappointment is definitely the battery life which is worse if not exactly the same as my previous 4S.

Processor and web browsing speed is much better than my 4s. I really like the durability of iPhones in general as they can take a beating much better than the competition. The finger print reader doesn't save me any time, as I don't use the security lock feature. The battery doesn't last more than 1 day and the display is still to small. .
