I was very jealous when my husband "accidentally" walked into the ocean with his Android phone and replaced it with an iPhone 5S. You see, I had an iPhone 4S and had been eyeing the 5S. So, when I saw Best Buy had a great deal on the 5S during the holidays, I couldn't resist, and I'm so glad I made this purchase. I feel safer with a pass code on my phone so that other people can't easily get my personal information, but entering the numbers in every time I want to turn on the phone can be quite cumbersome. Using my fingerprint instead is an easier option, though I must admit that it doesn't always work... that can be a little frustrating because then I'm back to entering in the numbers. I travel quite a bit for work and typically bring my iPad with me. Most of the hotels I stay in have free wifi, but some don't so having the capability of turning my phone into a hotspot so I can surf the internet or download new apps or emails on my iPad is awesome. I have two kids and take lots of pictures of them. The camera on the 5S is definitely an improvement over the 4S, not that the 4S had a bad camera by any means. In particular, the video camera is improved because I can zoom in now while shooting videos, and I can also take still pictures while in the middle of recording a video... both features I really wished I'd had on my 4S but didn't. Probably not that big of a deal, but something that annoyed me with my 4S was when I would try to fix the middle of a text using Siri and it would capitalize the word even though it was the middle of a sentence. Siri doesn't do that with the 5S.

This phone was great, as can be expected of any iPhone really. Nice and sturdy too.

Great Phone. I am so glad that I was delivered from the whole android circle. The folks who use androids like I used to are always saying they prefer it over the Iphone because it is "open source" I then ask them Really? Are you a programmer? (answer is always no) THEY WHY DO YOU CARE? The Iphone is intuitive. Things that just seem like they would make sense to be able to do were programmed into the phone. Ex. When ever I make a typing error all I do is shake the phone and BOOM the undo edit or cancel option comes up. THANK YOU APPLE! The Camera is Amazing! The Talk to Text is almost flawless (I speak 3 languages)

I switched from the Samsung Galaxy S3 to the iPhone 5 at the time of my upgrade. I did a lot of research and had been with the Samsung Galaxy phones for years. I found the new S5 to just be too big. I will admit, while I own an iPad and an iMac, there was a huge learning curve in the difference in the phone performance. I miss the option to have a better keyboard, and that is coming in a future release. Overall, I find the phone easy to use and user friendly. It does all of the things I need it to do, and takes great pictures for what I need when I am not using my DSLR.

Phone froze good but very disappointed that needed to reboot

This is the original smart phone I found that out the hard way it's like a blackberry is a Neanderthal and this phone is ET wish some vids would play better online probably has to do more with sprint plus an iphone is worth big bucks two three years later buy a nice case don't be a broke when it comes to a case my lawn mover ran over my phone a few times rear tire I weigh 220 lbs and I have a lawn tractor go otterbox. Plus iMessage is like bbm but way way better and FaceTime is another essay of raves. iTunes played is like buying an iPod plus get the 32gig min

This is a great phone but of course I am biased. I have always had an iPhone. They are so easy to use that even my two year old loves it. If it is ever missing I know where it is! The screen quality is very good, although I wish apple would make it a little bigger. The battery life is okay but could be a little better. The storage could be better too. Whatever you buy you are locked into as it's not expandable. But overall it's a great phone.

Lightweight, lots of space, overall a good phone. Siri only understands some of what I say so that can be a drawback. And the I tunes volume is below the skip so I end up with a loud song instead of skipping. Other than that if you like apple products you will like this phone. Better than my 4.

This is my first iPhone before I had an android. I was skeptical at first but I've had it for two months and now I will probably never go back. It is extremely easy to use. My only compliant about is is that if you are used to the android apps and switch then you will have to readjust some because the apps may differ in the way they are operated.

The phone is great, really fast, super easy. Tried an android didn't like it, took it back to the store and upgraded my iPhone instead. My phone would be better if I wasn't on the sprint network. But they are cheaper than Verizon and AT&T by about $60 a month.

Phone 5S is awesome! I bought the 32gb storage and now I never run out of space!

The 5s is a nice upgrade from 4s. It's worth a 200 price tag if you get it with contract. I donated my old 4s to my so so he uses it as iPod now which greatly increases value for these iPhone products in my eyes. If LTE comes to area it will be an even better phone. I am very happy with it and have had 0 problems.

I'm really glad I decided to upgrade from the 4S to the 5S. I got a great deal from Best Buy when I traded in my old phone. I also decided to switch from only a 16GB to the 32GB. Now I can store more pics, music, and apps on my phone. My phone is a big part of my life, so why limit myself?! :)

I recently switched from the Samsung Galaxy to the iPhone 5S. I like my new iPhone very much, and it is easy to operate and use. I was not very happy with the Samsung and I'm so glad I switched. I will never go back to any other phone now. The iPhone is the best cell phone I have ever had.

It's a great phone and with software updates all the time it's like you're constantly getting a new phone. I can't wait for the new software update this fall with the I phone 5S I really like the fingerprint scanner. You have security and convenience all at the same time .

The iPhone 5s hasn't changed much from the iPhone 4S other than the screen is bigger and the phone is lighter. The phone is still a great phone and I pick it over android anyway. It comes with the same basic apps rather than the hundred android gives you.

I absolutely love my phone. Everything about it is perfect. I love the slow motion videos, I like to record my son and daughter playing and play it back I. Slow motion. Call quality is clear, the battery last forever, and it's light weight.

Definitely a huge improvement from the 4s. This one is much faster, the camera is amazing and I love the fingerprint id thing. It makes downloading music and apps so much easier. Even with my upgrade discount, it was still pretty pricey and I'm not completely sure if it was worth the cost but so far, I'm not disappointed

Overall I would say that this is a great phone. I previously had an android and I do wish this phone could be easier customized with ringtones and such, but I'm happy with it.
