great phone looks good sounds good easy to use wish i could use garmin smart link will not sync bought Phone and Mophie juice pack plenty of power for a day of use most days love the larger screen wish it was a little wider but it works

Upgraded to the 5s from the 4s. Phone is lightning fast. Light in weight compared to the 4s. iOs7 is a great new update. My eyesight is getting worse with age and I wouldn't mind a larger screen having a large android device in the past.

This is my first iPhone and I am very happy with the battery life I am getting to my previous Droids and it takes GREAT pictures. Only had it a month and I am already having problems with the fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone

I was a long time Android user who thought the apple platform was purely for entertainment and not productivity. I recently had to buy a new portable device for my MSW program and bought the 8" note. Unfortunately, the first two had bad pixels within first week and the last one had a cracked bezel. I decided to try an iPad to compare. I soon learned that the quality and quantity of apps as well as productivity features were better then I expected. I also learned that several books and apps I desired or needed were not on or available to android. After having a good experience with the IPad I tried the new iPhone. Further, I realized that while the crashes on my S4 or Note 10.1 were limited, they always occurred at in opportune times causing me to lose all my data. Yet, the iPad and iPhone didn't crash and even if they closed suddenly I could still retrieve my data. I miss the customization, and a little bit bigger screen, and whereas I like Android for what it is, I just may becoming an iFanboy.

Everything about this phone just works. Battery's very good,sound is great. Had a nexus and like it but this blows it away.

I prefer the smaller footprint of the iPhone 5s over the larger iPhone 6 and 6plus. I don't need a tablet phone, just a regular phone with lots of memory due to having kids, taking pictures and shopping apps. Great phone for what I need.

Overall, this is another great product made by Apple, but who would expect anything less. It is incredibly faster than the 4s. I will say, however, that this phone is a little glitchy. Apps will sometimes close without warning, minor freezing, and the compatibility is not always the greatest. The software and product is still way ahead of its competitors.

I talk on my iPhone 90% with my speaker & the people that I talk to tell me they only hear about every third word. When I talked on my 4S with the speaker I didn't have that problem most of the time no one ever knew I was on the speaker. When I use the mic to dictate after that the first letter I type the sound is loud (which I like) but the rest out them I can hardly hear. The speakers for my music are great. I just wish I could hear everything else as well. Yes I have the volume up on everything that allows me to. If I could have my iPhone 4S with the bigger screen I'd take that over the 5s anytime. I myself also think the 5s is way to light weigh wise. I can't tell if I got it in my pocket or I left it somewhere. The touch ID is a joke unless you put your finger exactly the same way every time it don't work. It's work 3 times in a month. Everything else is pretty much the same. I would recommend the iPhone just hope that the others are not like mine.

We converted from our iPhone 4 to iPhone 5S. It was extremely easy to restore using our iTunes account on our home computer. The phone is clearly faster and the images generated by the camera and seen on the screen are better.

I love my iPhone 5s... Great upgrade to my iPhone 4s. Same great features plus more! Faster phone... Better camera!

This is a great device the enhancement to cameras and home button (finger scan) make this phone easy and fun to use.

What can really be said?.. This is one of the best phones on the market! It has great call quality, some neat camera features, lots of social apps, and just the right amount of "high tech" technology! If there was anything "bad" to say about the Apple iPhone - I'd have to say it would be nice if there were more available apps on the Apple Store. Can't really go wrong with this phone!! Lots of storage, and easy to sync your favorite movies, music, and pics!

Replaced IPhone 4. All features are faster and more refined. Processor is so much faster and camera is great.

I had an Iphone 4s and upgraded to the IPhone 5s.I love the larger screen and the faster processor.

After laboring with a 16GB iPhone 4 for the last year it was a real pleasure to pick up the 64GB 5S. Now everything works in perfect harmony across all devices; e-mail, music, apps, the whole shebang. You really can't go wrong with this device.

Waited for an iPhone for many years. Putting my daughter in college was more important than being up on the latest technology. I enjoy the 5S very much. Won't have to trade up for many years. Replaces my phone and iPod and iPad which I kept for personal data and my music.

I finally made the move from flip phone to smart phone. I was concerned that the size of the phone would be bulky in my pocket but it fits well without being bulky. I knew I wanted an iphone because I have an ipod and was use to the layout. The reception is excellent and the space gray color is great!

Love my iPhone! I switched carriers hoping to get less dropped calls, but I'm still undecided. I hear people complain about the battery life, but mine has been fine for a full day and sometimes another half day. And yes, I make calls, listen to music, text, play games and check email. Happy customer
