Overall, this is another great product made by Apple, but who would expect anything less. It is incredibly faster than the 4s. I will say, however, that this phone is a little glitchy. Apps will sometimes close without warning, minor freezing, and the compatibility is not always the greatest. The software and product is still way ahead of its competitors.

I love my iPhone 5s... Great upgrade to my iPhone 4s. Same great features plus more! Faster phone... Better camera!

I talk on my iPhone 90% with my speaker & the people that I talk to tell me they only hear about every third word. When I talked on my 4S with the speaker I didn't have that problem most of the time no one ever knew I was on the speaker. When I use the mic to dictate after that the first letter I type the sound is loud (which I like) but the rest out them I can hardly hear. The speakers for my music are great. I just wish I could hear everything else as well. Yes I have the volume up on everything that allows me to. If I could have my iPhone 4S with the bigger screen I'd take that over the 5s anytime. I myself also think the 5s is way to light weigh wise. I can't tell if I got it in my pocket or I left it somewhere. The touch ID is a joke unless you put your finger exactly the same way every time it don't work. It's work 3 times in a month. Everything else is pretty much the same. I would recommend the iPhone just hope that the others are not like mine.

We converted from our iPhone 4 to iPhone 5S. It was extremely easy to restore using our iTunes account on our home computer. The phone is clearly faster and the images generated by the camera and seen on the screen are better.

I purchased the iPhone 5S mainly for the Touch ID feature and I am not disappointed about my purchase. Touch ID works very well and you can add family members for Touch ID so that they can also access your phone. I also like the gold colored iPhone 5s. However, I do wish this phone had a slightly large screen and more storage. I was surprised how quickly Best Buy had the phone available for me.

This is a great device the enhancement to cameras and home button (finger scan) make this phone easy and fun to use.

What can really be said?.. This is one of the best phones on the market! It has great call quality, some neat camera features, lots of social apps, and just the right amount of "high tech" technology! If there was anything "bad" to say about the Apple iPhone - I'd have to say it would be nice if there were more available apps on the Apple Store. Can't really go wrong with this phone!! Lots of storage, and easy to sync your favorite movies, music, and pics!

Replaced IPhone 4. All features are faster and more refined. Processor is so much faster and camera is great.

I had the iPhone 4S before owning this phone and the small things that this 5s improves on are great. It really feels like Apple has taken their time to improve and polishe all the aspects of the 5 in this Phone. From the fingerprint ID recognition so you never have to type in a password to the improvements to the camera to make all your pictures look perfect, it's a very nice iteration and is definitely worth it for upgrading from the 4 series.

I love the ease of use with this phone. My only complaint is the volume is not loud enough. I sometimes have to use the speaker phone to hear when talking to someone. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this phone.

I like this phone better than the 4s for picture quality. It has slightly longer battery life as well.

I had an Iphone 4s and upgraded to the IPhone 5s.I love the larger screen and the faster processor.

In my opinion this is the best phone Apple has made to date. It is very fast, very easy to use, and a perfect size. The battery is good, I use this too much to tell if the batter wears down faster than my iPhone 4. The 4G is very fast, I don't need to keep any music on the hard drive I can just stream everything. This is a great phone for the money.

I have been an iphone user for 3 years now. Honestly, nothing makes me more happy than the fingerprint verification for unlocking the phone and making app store purchases.

I have had an iPhone for a long time. I finally broke down and got a new one and love it. The only thing I do not like is the battery goes dead pretty quickly. I purchased a mophie battery pack and it works just fine.

This phone I would recommend to my family and friends. The operating system is easy. The phone feels solid . Had droids before and will not be going back due to camera and many others. I know the new droid has a better battery life but the other features out weight it and the battery is good

After laboring with a 16GB iPhone 4 for the last year it was a real pleasure to pick up the 64GB 5S. Now everything works in perfect harmony across all devices; e-mail, music, apps, the whole shebang. You really can't go wrong with this device.
