You need a Sprint store to activate the phone.

We had to go to a Sprint store, and the clerk was surprised that we bought a sale phone. A penalty of $10 was to levied on our plan, but it turned out to be $25. What the heck? The Sprint phones are costing 22.99 for a new phone on installment plan. Best Buy just cost us more than paying full price.

Not an Apple fan, but..

As much as it pains me to say it, it is a good quality product overall. We have had a little trouble with the mic for the speakerphone (which means Siri no longer hears her) but have not had a chance to take it anywhere to have it looked at.
