I had BestBuy representative set up my new iPhone and it took 3 days and a trip to the Apple store to fix the botched setup. Next time I'll buy from Apple in the first place.

I asked the associate for an unlocked iPhone. But she gave me a phone which was not unlocked and it did not work in India. I had to bring it back to US and got refund after talking to customer service manager. Unfortunately, refund went to my best buy credit card as the Store Manager said he can`t give cash back. So I need to use that amount to buy something from best buy which is not fair since it was caused by a mistake an associate. I ended up buying unlocked phone from apple store.

Well, Apple sure could do better with the quality of the glass screen. It breaks relatively easy. It is a shame that American made products are built so poorly.

It's an ok phone because it does have LTE, but my old IPhone 4 got a much better phone signal than this new one.

My spring phone not working on 3-3-2018 after left the spring store to Best Buy care store left with a good deal buy one get one free with a new line no need other is a good plan after receive the bill from spring is on payment to owner the phone yes agree too spring said the offer is only on lesser now I pay for two phone never get the free to bad experience

Best Buy, Apple and Microsoft could not transfer my phone contacts from my I Phone 5C

Just bought this phone 6s about a month ago and tonight it died while talking over the line. It just died and apple logo just kept coming back on and off and repeated endlessly. I called the apple care and the agent wasn't that helpful. need to take it to the store. very disappointing!

The iphone 6 is a great device that can be used to call, text, take pictures and use the internet whenever you desire. It is kind of a rectangular shape and comes in many different colors such as, rose gold. The device comes with ways you can purchase and listen to music. You can also download apps and play games with your friends in the Game Center. The iphone 6 also has a great camera, which takes more high quality pictures than any apple device created before. You can have access to facetime and facetime audio. The phone receives updates about every month and of course you'll need to charge your phone but with “low power mode” installed, your battery starts saving itself at 20 percent. Sending emails has also never been easier. You can quickly send emails to anyone is less that 30 seconds. Lets not forget about our friend siri who is there for you 24/7. The iphone 6’s top competitor, the Samsung Galaxy S6, might be cheaper but it does not have the same and good qualities that the iphone 6 has. This product is perfect for teenagers and adults for all ages. I give this a out 4 of 5 because of the new iphone 7’s better qualities but the iphone 6 is much cheaper.

I purchased the phone online and the website was so complicated I ended up with installments instead of a lease. This ruined my bill credit for leasing a phone and when contacted Best Buy was less than helpful.

This was the worst phone I've ever purchased. Luckily best buy let me return it the next day. I had switched from apple to Android for 1 phone and tried to go back to apple but no more and will never miss iTunes...

asked for a unlocked iphone and when i got back to Aruba iphone is locked. Now its useless. Does not work here in Aruba. Need an ATT chip to unlock it.

Battery on this phone discharges very quickly. Its fully charged in the car and once i walk into work the phone is at 10 percent.

Sold a refurbish iPhone as new. Will never make another electronics product there

For about two weeks I went from an iphone6 to a GalaxyS7. Big mistake. While it was a good phone - nothing compares to an iphone. Sorry android peeps. The battery even lasts longer on this-- the sound is clearer and it holds a signal better 32gb of memory is more than sufficient. I would recommend this to anyone. Being on Verizon is just the icing on the cake

Look, the iphone is the iphone. Great product. BUT this review is dedicated to the great service I received at two Best Buy stores -- Fair Lakes (VA) and Reston (VA). We could have purchased the phone from say Amazon, but there are only 3rd party dealers there who I have never heard of. Not going to do that. Worth it to pay just a little more and get great service. Yes, there was a slight glitch in our order, but the Best Buy personnel helped us fix it. Thanks SO much to the employees who make Best Buy the best on the front lines where it counts the most!

Even in 2018 this is a great phone. It does everything a new iPhone does. Great phone. Would recommend for all features and price.

Easy to use, great quality. Only thing is screen does break easily.. apple gives you 1yr of warranty for any technical problems free. Overall this is a great phone, takes great pictures

I like the placement of power button on right side, phone jack on the bottom instead of the top. The 3D feature is ok. Camera much better! 2 phones.

My co-worker has this phone and she's really enjoys it. I've used it a few times and I can't complain fairly easy to use.
