Well put together phone

I appreciate a phone that we not age too fast like most of the other brands out there. I just couldn't keep up with having to upgrade every 6 months since something was slowing down or my battery life wasn't as good 6 months ago.

Awful never buying an apple product again!

The phone is poor quality ND HAS ISSUES ALL OF THE TIME! If it is not my screen having a glitch or freezing it is always something else. I have always been an apple buyer and recently just bought my brother an apple watch, which I clearly see the Garmin watch will be better quality. I have had nothing but issues with my newest apple products not just my phone but my laptop also! My family member switched from apple a long time ago due to the poor quality in the products, I wish I would have done the same. This phone is the biggest waste of money I have ever wasted money on. The newest problem however, is that the screen will not allow me to move anything on the touch screen. The phone has never been dropped, and has a very heavy duty case on it. My future purchases my money will be spent in a different company.

1st iPhone- worst experience ever!!

This past year the screen started freezing- tried everything short of a full reset. I couldn't stand the constant freezing and went to the atomic option of full reset- didn't help. Read about power mgmt issue and saw that it was triggered. I disabled power mgmt and that worked for a while. Now it is back to freezing constantly with each use. Battery was replaced 18 mos ago and is at 92%, so that is not the issue. I will be switching back to Samsung Galaxy s9 or s10!
