    I owned the older model and it was stolen. I had the opportunity to purchased the same one, but after reading the reviews and hearing about all of the features, I went for the newer one. I'm glad I did!

    Purchased a phone from Best Buy on 15 Novemeber and the phone is great. The service after the sale is not up to par. I was instructed to ship my old phones back to AT&T with the Best Buy provided packing label. The old phones were shipped no issues until 29 December when I was told we owe over 150.00 dollars because the phones were never received. Upon calling Best Buy trying to get the tracking number oh they don't keep that on file. If you are considering purchasing a new phone go directly to the provider not Best Buy. The AT&T customer service was top notch on helping deal with this issue. The recommendation is to the phone not Best Buy.

    You can never go wrong with apple product. This is the fastest upgrade that I went through. Processing time and video is huge upgrade. I did have a learning curve as the application is different from previous models. I had to spend a bit of time learning how to navigate ...but overall satisfied.
