    I have purchased 2 phones directly from best buy and they have been the best experiences ever. The other experiences i have had were directly with the carriers and they were time consuming and frustrating. I love the 6s, I don't like the ios10 but what can you do, the phone is great.

    It was an iPhone enough said. Was very convenient to get phone at Best Buy and quick, It only took 45 minutes. I usually get my phones at At&T store which sometimes has taken hours. They had all the items wanted and at competitive pricing. My only complaint is that i was told by sales associate that my bill would remain the same but went up $15.00 per month

    Had not good experience. I chatted with person to get details on iPhone purchase and she was not aware of promotions going on in store.. I had to go to shop and hunt for blue shirt people who specializes on Cell phones. Had to go three times just to know details and every time I have to go there I have to at least 30-45 minutes just to get details on att and iphone program. I had to book online though I can book in store. Good to shop if you have unlimited time and want to kill time in best buy stores
