I've always wanted a iPhone and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The phone is amazing but what I went through at Best Buy to purchase was not worth it. The customer service representative and manager on duty discriminated against me because I was from out of state. Since I had an out of state driver's license they automatically assumed that I was a criminal, and had a fake id and called the cops. It was humiliating and infuriating. Once the officers verified that I had a valid id (which should have been obvious since I have a SC address on my phone account, which matched my id). Not only that but my name and information also matched the law firm badge that I was wearing on my shirt . After the cops debacle, I never once received an apology. The manager's response was "well I never called the police on you, he did", and blamed the new representative. I left the store that day and called the corporate number. I was told that the district manager would call me and that has yet to happen. I purchased my phone in March.

I bought this phone, figuring I would get use to the bigger size. Not so much. It's a bit of an awkward size, doesn't fit into my pocket the way I would hope. Again, thought I'd adapt to it, but I'm not really feeling it. I will upgrade to the new phone (back to the smaller size) as soon as I can.

Lasted a while no complaints protected my phone when I dropped it

Love this phone but is hard to text one handed because so big.
