Lacks Flexibility

I purchased the 6s plus for my mother in law when we ported our lines to Verizon. But because it was sold as a prepaid phone, her SIM card wouldn’t work with the phone. I spent the whole day with tech support to no avail. Other phone companies are not like that.

The store closed at 7. The guy was trying to get the phone connected and screwed up. A manager came by at 8 and talked me into a phone and I had no time to look at the phone and see what properties it had. They put in an old sim from my dead phone and hand d it to me and said I could set it up at home!!!!!!! I am not a tech person and still don’t have it set up!! Also tonight I checked the storage which they didn’t explain!! It was only 32 GB. Wanted 128 Gb. I know you were shut but what happened was ridiculous!! I want you to take this phone and get me the phone I want. Maybe this time you can get me the phone I want and set it up!!! Dr. Tipton
