Very disappointed. Received the cellphone to give to my husband as a Christmas present. When he open it.... it’s totally dead so we have to charged it but after many hours charging ... it’s still dead and not turning on at all. I can’t believe Best Buy sent me a defective iPhone. I returned it right away. They received it already but here I am still waiting for refund. I am very disappointed.

Fully functional IPhone 6s Plus free of blemishes.

Macs are great, iphones, not so much. The functionality of my former android phone(s) is MUCH more logical, less annoying and generally superior. I don't know if it's just this iphone that disappoints or the entire line. I think iOS is to blame. And the restrictions Apple puts on simple functions like screen sharing is intolerable. I don't want to buy Apple TV just to share my screen. For the same price as this overpriced phone, I could get a top of the line Android.

I'm sick and tired of these issues with best buy. First I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus at&t version. When I tried to turn it on, it did not work. Even the best buy people could not get it to work. Then they told me to order another, so I ordered a more expensive Verizon version. Quote from best buy's email: "it will be delivered on or before 12/30/2020" Today is 1/8/2021 6:50pm. The shipping provider has said the following after multiple phone calls "Currently, the referenced package has no movement in our network and is being researched by our facilities and drivers for an updated status. Please be assured, we are making every effort possible to locate the package. At this time, you may want to contact your Vendor for any additional resolutions they may offer. If located, we will continue with delivery of the package." So is this a best buy problem, or a shipping problem? I'm very frustrated in both these companies either way, best buy for not delivering on their promise, and Ontrac for their failure to let me know there was a problem earlier. What I learned: If you do buy a product from best buy, especially a older iPhone, make sure to select "Pick up in store", and check that it actually turns on before you leave the store.

I had to purchase this phone before leaving town and I should have checked it in store and not wait until I was 2 hours away from a Best Buy . I think I basically ended up with a defective phone. It’s slow and the camera does not turn on with either side. Which was the biggest bummer as we are on vacation I’m just a little upset that I paid this much for an older iPhone 6 but I should have known. I’ll be returning .

Bought for my daughter it’s good but it just keep freezing and kicking my daughter out from games

Still a great iPhone. Easy to use and clear huge screen. Need Verizon service, best service for where I work. Thank you!
