Had to replace an iPhone 6. The 7 seems to be about the same. Only issue is not liking the home button. Took some getting used to.

It is a definite upgrade over the iPhone 5s. I love the better fingerprint recognition.

The only concern I have is my calls are dropping more than it used to when I was using iPhone 4s. Not sure if it's a known issue with phone or may be its service provider issue.

As always, just love my Iphone. This is my 4th over the years. Will never go back.

I love useing this os and been youing for years so going to a 7 from a 5s was a simple

great product but just another iPhone, better than the previous as it is every year.

I do no tho regret getting this phone it is overall amazing. My only problem was it took a while to purchase and get working at Best Buy but other than that it would be 5 stars

I had a Samsung 5s. My boys convinced me to switch to iPhone7. After using the Samsung for 2 years, I did not like the iPhone - I much prefer the android system. I returned the iPhone7 after 8 days (Best Buy was excellent about helping me) and I bought the new Samsung8. I'm only liking it. Some upgrades don't allow the user to turn them off/on. The curved screen is not all that great. I think a flat screen is better.

Love all the space however the battery drain is bad with all the updates

Love the new look of this iPhone color. The back is very prone to scratches though.

I like it just fine but when the photos were transferred from my iPhone 5 they were doubled or tripled and I have to manually delete the extras on hundreds of pictures. :(

We are pleased with the phone. Its not too much different from the 6, but very good.

Love my jet black i phone haven't had any problems and Best Buy was great in helping
