I am an android user (sony and nexus) who switched over to apple due to havin a lack of software updates and spending 600 each year on a new android phone. I'm about a month in to the apple iPhone 7, a few adustments since the apple has unique features like the settings, the home button, the cámara and apps. The pros: amazing cámara quality, finger print recognition, iOS is simple to use, can still download google apps and the battery life lasts the whole day with all day usage, the best is that 2 years from now I won't be forced to update because of lack of software updates. Cons: google backup did not work for contacts and pictures, the price is steep but deals are constantly offered, the home screen has all your apps, there's no back button at the bottom of the screen. Overall great phone and value.

I've had an iPhone for the past 6 years. I honestly didn't want to upgrade to the 7 but I got one as a graduation present. Now I love it! I like that the memory is massive and the rose gold is gorgeous! The new camera is astounding and the 3D Touch is so easy to use. I posted an example of a picture I took using the phone's camera, without editing. There is so much detail!

I needed a iPhone upgrade and the Best Buy associate recommended the 256gb red iPhone. Fantastic product, fast, very clear display and lots of storage. I was able to load my entire music collection into the phone. I also like the accessories that came with the phone.

The increased speed is very cool. The improvements to the camera makes my pictures even better.

She hasn't had one complaint about it. Her last iPhone had a crazy bad battery. She forgets to charge this one and it still last her all day.

The first iPhone 7 (256GB) rose gold I got was a dud, in that it had software issues. I was a little concerned it would happen with another iphone but I exchanged it for a red iPhone 7 (256GB) and so far it is a super smart phone. My last phone was the iPhone 6 with 32 GB of storage and it was easy to fill it up with music, photos and videos, so 256 GB storage is great. So far it seems the iPhone 7 seems faster and more responsive than the 6. Also, the battery life is much better. I am still trying to get used to the center button feel since it's changed from the iPhone 6. There are three choices to see which one you like better for the center button. The new Siri is cool becasue you don't have to hold in the center buttonl. All you have to do is just say, "Hey Siri" (after you set it up with your voice) and it is responsive. I like that. The sound are crisp and the speakerphone works great and you can hear the caller perfectly. Also, the photos seem to look better than the iPhone 6. Overall, it seems like a great phone and I'm happy.

I upgraded this past week from an iPhone 6 and I am so happy I did. I decided to go with the 256GB Matte Black. First off, the phone is very stylish, pretty much the same size and shape as the 6 (however because of the upgraded camera, will not fit my case for my 6). It feels very sturdy in the hand, and the new haptic home button is super responsive and a sweet upgrade. It comes equipped with iOS 10 which takes a little getting used to, but overall has some great updates, including iMessage App usage. So far I love, love, love this phone and can't wait to see how it holds up.

I've been looking to up grade my phone for a while now, I had an iPhone 4 and the battery was starting to run down very quickly and there were some apps I wanted to add to the phone but could not because of the software version that was on it. I was watching the pricing on the iPhone 6 & 7 but as you know there aren't a lot of good deals very often on Apple products. Then I saw a deal at Best Buy, the price of the iPhone 7 was the same as Verizon's and a little less then at Apple BUT it came with a $200 Best Buy gift card so I made the move. Boy am I happy I did, this is a GREAT phone. The bigger screen, on the standard not the Plus, makes everything you do on the phone better, the camera takes fantastic pictures, it seems to navigate the web better and faster plus it is lighter and thinner then my old phone. I got the 256 GB model because I wanted a lot of storage so I could add all my music, over 6000 sings. I really did not need that large of capacity as with my music and apps I sill have over 200 GB left. I bought the LIFEPROOF case with part of the gift card and it is the perfect protective case for this phone. If this phone lasts as long as my last one without any issues I will be 1000% satisfied and very happy.

I have had my iPhone for about 8 months now. It gets great reception, very few dropped calls,and I am able to take some pretty decent pictures. I have all of my ebooks downloaded on it as well and use my iPhone as a Kindle reader. There is enough memory to hold all of my books, music and movies. It is big but not too big.

Apple continues to design and produce high quality phones. The iPhone 7 is fast and efficient. Camera quality is great. Rose gold color is very appealing. Overall size is nice too; large display but small enough to be in a pant pocket. Very satisfied with the phone and Best Buy customer service.

Purchased this phone for my daughter in college. Her 5S was acting erratically. She now has her 7 for 5 weeks, and loves the phone. It is fast, has a great picture, plenty of memory, larger screen, etc.

I switch over from Samsung on this upgrade and I am happy about my decision. Great camera, lots of storage, fast, and the battery lasts all day unlike my last phone!

Upgraded from 5s and happy thus far with the iPhone 7. I chose to upgrade only because my iPhone 5s battery life was losing duration the older it got. Otherwise my 5s was in great shape and had the newest software upgrade. I decided to take advantage of the 12 month financing through Best Buy and bought the 7 256gb. I've been using it for 2 months now with no complaints. Great battery life. Size of phone screen fits my lifestyle. I haven't missed the headphone jack yet as I utilize Bluetooth speakers and headsets. Don't forget that this does come with the adapter.

Got my daughter the 7s coming from the 6s. She was saying that it is much better. the speed, camera and the price for the amount of Gb was better she has the 256gb which was the same price as the 128Gb. She loves the red. She loves the new home button which has the sensor tough is one of the best feature this phone has to offer.

The camera, the storage, the speed -- this is the best phone I've ever had. This is also coming from a guy who's had a Samsung galaxy S5 for 3 years, but still... I don't regret shelling out $650 for this phone (I got the 256gb phone on sale). Worth every penny.

I've been using iPhone since the 3 came out and the latest 7 is reallly nice (I use it daily a lot and would be lost without it) they only thing I'm not liking about it is the new home button, it not a physical click type like the 6 was Past that it's plenty fast, handles multiple back ground aps and gets good reception with Verizon The new speaker setup is nice and loud (still could be improved) the camera is very nice

The 7th iteration of the iPhone stands out because of the excellent camera. I tried out a lot of models and read the required reviews, and this phone does not disappoint. I also loved working with the Best Buy Verizon specialist, Michael in San Carlos, because he took his time with me and provided amazing service. After working with him, I will never go back to a Verizon store.

As with every iPhone I ever had, iPhone 7 did not disappoint. It is very user friendly and IOS 10 was a nice upgrade. That being said, I mainly got this phone because it double it capacity (128 to 256 GB) to the one I owned. Camera quality improved as well.

The phone is lightning fast and has plenty of storage. My only gripe was the removal of the Aux/Headphone jack. It comes with the dongle to connect via the lightning plug but who wants to carry around another piece with them? If you're like me and have various speakers in different rooms in your house you need multiple dongles so you don't have to keep one on you. Typical Apple move right there.
