Been an iPhone user for a long time and the iPhone 7 does not disappoint. My family likes to purchase our phones through Best Buy instead of directly through Verizon Wireless. The cost is lower and the phones are easy to set up. Just put in the SIM card and call Verizon Wireless to activate. It's super easy to transfer my information, photos, etc from the iCloud. iPhone user & Best Buy customer for life

I've had the iPhone 7 from the day it was released. I've owned the iPhone 4, 5, and 6 and this one has gotten better yet! Lots of new features and a better camera make it worth it alone. Real easy to set up and transfer over everything from iPhone 6 .

When it comes to mobile phones I usually don't have preference. I've always had an Android but switching to the iPhone 7 was one of the best choices I've made technologically wise. It charges fast and the battery lasts for a good bit of the day. I think the battery and the amount of storage makes this phone one of a kind. I'm intrigued to see what the next iPhone will do.

I have had this phone for just over a month and love everything about it. The battery life is fantastic, I am going three days between charging. The clarity of the phone calls is great and have not dropped a single call even in areas of poor reception. I knew about the ease of use but I am most surprise how good of a phone this device is. Way better than my old galaxy s3.

Really fast, great camera and huge storage capacity.

Apple's iPhones have always been fantastic when it comes to usable hardware innovations. The iPhone 7 adds some nice features: IP rating for limited use around water, virtual home button with haptic feedback, improved camera. I purchased this phone over the iPhone 6s solely for the camera improvements. We already had some decent wireless bluetooth headphones, so lack of the headphone jack was a non-issue. The software seems to be getting more complicated without transforming the interface so that it continues to be intuitive. Take the iCloud for example. We try and stay on a reasonable data plan (2GB in this case) and to manage that, we make sure cellular data is not used for minor background updates. We enabled iCloud photo backup (or whatever it is called) so that we had a backup of our photos. This puts a strain on a smaller data plan like we have. What's puzzling is that there's no option to only do an iCloud photo backup when on WiFi. The iCloud phone backup has the WiFi only option, but the photo backup does not. Puzzling. The multi-layered settings interface is maddening. It takes way too many clicks to find the settings you're looking for. This has been getting worse with every version of iOS. I'd have to say that Android has done a much better job of evolving the settings interface with the increasing complexity in the mobile hardware and software space. Another plus of the iPhone 7, and honestly any iPhone since the 5s is the camera. It is amazingly fast, and the photos are uncannily good for photos taken with a phone.

Apple certainly does know how to make a really 'smart' phone. The design is very sleek and the software just keeps getting better. Even though my android loving friends may complain about how 'locked down' an iPhone is, you just can't beat the ease of use and seamless integration with other Apple products.

My favorite feature of the new iPhone 7 is the much better battery life. This alone is enough to make me happy I upgraded. If NOTHING else was upgraded the longer battery life was still worth it. The home button takes some getting used to. I didn't like it at first but I forgot about it after a while.

We updated our daughter's IPhone with only 16GB to the IPhone 7 with 256GB. The Best Buy associate made sure everything was transferred over before we left the store. Great features on the new phone, especially the camera with all the pictures my daughter takes and the increased memory capacity.

Love my new iphone 7 with the 256 memory that I never had before. i went from16 to the 256 and what a big difference. Plus the camera on my new iphone 7 is much improved over the 5S i had. I loved that fact the part of the money form the phone also goes to the Aids Foundation.

I had enjoyed my iPhone 5s. I didn't upgrade to the 6 series because I preferred the smaller size of the 5. The 7 is only slightly bigger. With the improved camera and other features, I'm liking this iPhone. And it still fits easily into the back pocket of my jeans.

We are long time iPhone users. This was an upgrade from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 7. We love all the iPhone's we've had so far, and this one is no different. Great battery life and camera, lots of apps and features. Great choice for anyone looking for a new phone.

As if this is no surprise to some my new iPhone 7 is leagues better than the 5s it replaced. Faster, nice larger screen. I'm ok with them doing away with the headphone port. It's what makes the 7 water resistant. This 256gb model should last me for quite sometime.
