Like increase in storage and screen size. not thrill about no dedicated jack for headphones.

Phone works fine. Sometimes freezes and i have to restart. I like the rose color but since i have to put a cover on it to protect it, i can’t see it anyway.

This is my third iPhone. It is far superior to the others, is very easy to use, and can easily be a substitute for a computer or tablet. It's pricey but worth it when compared to the less expensive smartphones. And the red color is very sexy.

Love this new iPhone. Camera is awesome. Live pictures are great.

My wife loves this phone. Very classy and she especially likes the Red color and Best Buy did not upcharge the cost of the phone for the Red color like many places. Loves the camera and it's features and finds it very easy to use.

Great upgrades to the most commonly used functions of the previous version - the only part I don't like is that I feel I'm still looking at the same phone I've had for 2 years. Love the amount of storage, speed, and improved camera.

This is my first iPhone, I've had Samsung Galaxy's previously and been quite content with them and got used to their various quirks like the fact they got quite hot under heavy usage or while being carried around in my jacket pocket, needed occasional restarting when the battery was draining too rapidly etc., however now that I'm getting the hang of the slightly different functionality with the iPhone 7 and the fact the iPhone doesn't seem to have any of the abovementioned little quirks I must confess it hasn't been anywhere near as difficult as I thought it would be to make the switch thanks to Apple's intuitive approach to their operating systems. In short I'm finding the iPhone 7 quite easy to use and I've found the battery lasts substantially longer than it ever did on either Galaxy!

I've had the iPhone 6s and the 4s and I loved them all. It's fast and I wouldn't have gotten it if my son hadn't need an new phone. He had my old 4s and he needed an upgrade, but giving a 15 year old an iPhone 7 is ridiculous. Do I like the 7, yes but no phone jack. Yes it does come with an extension (in the box) for one but it's a bit of a pain in the butt.

I am 14 years old and I love this phone. The camera on it is fantastic and it holds my charge so well. I use my phone so much and the battery is amazing, It lasts all day and doesn't die half way through the day like some of the older iPhones. The quality of the camera is incredible, the zoom isn't as grainy as the older cameras and it captures beautiful photos.

Perfect Gift, full of memory and fast and easy setup

Phone has some new features which are nice. Camera takes excellent quality photos. Phone is easy to use. Problem for me is the carrier, Verizon, does not seem to have quality coverage even though towers are close.

I had an iPhone 5 before this, so this is a major upgrade. I love the size. Much slimmer than my 5 even with my otter box defender case on it. I will never run out of space with it being a 256g. Highly recommend.

Great phone! Love the amount of memory. There is room to install as many apps and music as I want. I had a SE before and I really like the 7 because the processor is faster, more memory and there is 3D Touch.

Wife upgraded from 4s. So as you can imagine she is amazed and pleased. I have 6s and thought my phone was great but this apple keeps stepping it up. The camera is amazing. Phone is supper fast

Upgraded from a 5s so this was quite a nice jump. Best Buy had a good deal going on which made it an easy choice. Have had it a few weeks and all good. Pleased with purchase, would buy it again.

No complaints at this time with my 256 go iPhone 7! Works great, better battery life, love the clarity of the screen!

This is my first Apple device of any kind, so forgive me if I complain about something I simply haven't figured out yet. This is a flagship device, and has the feel and design quality you would expect for the price. It was easier to set up and customize than my Android phone was, but harder than my Windows phone, and not quite as flexible as either. It is intuitive to set up and operate. What I like is that it just works - and if it doesn't do what you need it to do natively, well, there's an app for that. Most smartphones do the same things and in similar ways, especially top end models. So it's disappointing that the iPhone7 lacks features I've come to rely on in my other devices from Android and Windows. First is the lack of wireless charging. You can get it from a third party, but why should you have to, and many of the conversions take up the bottom port, so you can't use wired headphones. Second is the absence of a back 'button' that allows you to go to the previous page or screen in any app. Finally, I miss the ability to set the phone to automatically unlock in secure areas you designate, like my Samsung S7.

I have been partial to iPhones since they came out. I really like the size of this phone and the upgraded storage capacity for my music collection. The camera takes excellent pictures as well.

This phones is perfect, the new camera is amazing and the front facing camera has a better pixels count then my old iph6, battery last about 45% longer then last one, extra cool features too!

The new Touch ID is a pleasure to use vs the terrible button Touch ID from the 6, super fast, great display, Jet Black finish is super nice, 256Gb storage is more than you'll ever need.
