I had an Iphone 6 for several years which stopped working. Bought the 7 because I like the smaller size -easy to fit in purse and in pocket. I'm still getting used to some of the changes. Don't like the new fancy icons on everything. Don't like the email at all compared to the 6. The email is much harder to read and not as user friendly (although this may change as I get used to it.) Camera seems a bit better.

Wondered if 32 GB would be enough but I do t save many pictures, no videos so the rep said it would be fine for years. I asked if the updates would fill up the 32GB too fast and he said no worries. My last phone I bought the 64 GB,and after 2 1/2 years still had lots of storage available. The battery stays charged longer on this new phone compared to my iPhone 6. It lasts 2-3 days compared to my 6 that I now have to charge every day. Love when I buy a new IPhone that it's so easy to use since newer ones still have the user friendly features. I will always buy Apple phones. They are the best!

Best phone I have ever owned. After carrying a 5S for almost 5 years it finally went haywire. I looked at the 6, 8 and wasn’t about to spend the $ for the X. I’m not one to get a new phone just because there is a new model out. Read reviews and settled on the 7. The 7 was very little more$ than the 6, the 8 just didn’t really have that much more to offer than the 7 but was much more expensive. It’s so fast. Hit the power button and phone is ready to use in seconds. I can’t believe the call clarity. If I had known there was so much difference I would have bought this phone earlier. Screen not too big and much better resolution. Very pleased. Will last me for years to come.

Great phone. I had an iPhone s4 and upgrades to the iPhone7. Much better screen size, better quality in speaker & faster speed. I just wish I would of made the purchase last year when I could of got it for $10.00 per month. No good deals this year.

The iPhone 7 has more speed, a better camera, double the storage, and a more vibrant screen.A10 Fusion chip is crazy fast, approaching laptop speeds.

This is still a great phone if you don't want to pay for the newest model iPhone 8 or even the new X. It does all the things that I need plus it has plenty of memory for apps and photos. I got the rose gold. It's the color you see everywhere.

I like the screen size, takes great pictures. holds a charge for a long time.

I think for most users, the better processor and camera is not worth the extra money especially now that Apple disclosed they limit the processor power based on the battery condition. So just get a new battery if apps start to slow down

My trusty I-Phone 6 needed a new battery. I bought a new battery & decided I could change it myself along with the kit & instructions that came with it. No problem until I tried to remove the old battery which had been GLUED in. My pry gadget slipped and perforated the battery which caught fire and the phone became toast. Went to Best Buy mobile store where they determined that I-7 would be the same cost and replacing my old I-6. I did it and love the new phone. Many more updates and the battery seems stronger. Very pleased with the assistance and guidance of the store manager. He was very polite and concerned I do the right thing. I even purchased an extended warranty which is something I never do. My old phone had 4 screen replaced, so I figured it was worth the cost.

Got this for a child that lives 600 miles away so the process was a little more involved than normal. The instructions provided were clear and the phone made my child very happy. It is faster than the iPhone 6, has better features and works well. Additionally I was able to pay it down quite a bit at purchase making it less expensive in my monthly bill.

phone is fast, very clear screen, takes great pics and easy to use. Just the right size, others are as big as tablets!

iPhone 7 is a sweet spot for price / performance versus iPhone 8 (maybe faster for some depending on app) and definitely X (I don't need emoji's that move like me ... cute, but not worth twice the price).

We replaced the iPhone 6 16 gig with this 32 gig iPhone. There are some very convenient enhancements on this phone. The hey Siri feature we love. The general speed and ease of navigation is unmatched.

I have upgraded from my iPhone 6 didn’t get the iPhone eight as it didn’t seem that much better than the seven and I love this phone it’s a great upgrade faster and a lot more features than my six

I love my iPhone 7, it's such a vast improvement from the old, derelict, ancient iPhone 4 that I upgraded from. (Yes, I said iPhone 4, not a 4s, a regular ole 4.) My shiny new iPhone 7, complete with its super adorable glitter Otterbox case, was even kind enough to not only store the appointment, but notify me when the Smithsonian was due to arrive on my doorstop to collect my iPhone 4 for their collection. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend - especially if you need to upgrade from an outdated model. Say, an iPhone 4, perhaps?

This is my 3rd I phone. Love the camera and the ease of using it. Still lots to learn but so far so good. Love the larger screen size and sleek slim lines of the phone. Rose gold is a nice color too.

Finally upgraded from iPhone 5 to iPhone 7 and still not sure what took so long; I love this phone and its features. Just took some pics of the eclipse and was amazed by the quality and definition. I like the screen size, which is smaller than a tablet to manage, but larger than the 5 without being cumbersome. Also I'm sure I have more apps than necessary at this point, but love that I don't have a "not enough space" warning every time I'm in the App Store!

I always buy my Iphones at Best Buy because they make it so easy. This last time buying the Iphone 7 was no different. They always help you save money and get trade in values by trading in your older phone. Plus, you get reward points after a few weeks so that you can go back and get more free stuff! The iPhone 7 Plus is awesome. The camera was the biggest draw to me. I can take pictures of my family much better and much clearer. It has portrait mode which I just love. I've had it about 90 days and I'm still in love even though the iPhone 8 has come out and the X is just around the corner. My husband will be buying the X at the end of the month and we'll be using Best Buy.
