Purchased for my daughter. Loves the phone, only complaint is having to use the adapter for the headphones.

I bought this phone unlocked to use with tracfone service. It has performed as hoped and not disappointed. Works well with this carrier as it probably would with any carrier you choose. The sales people were very helpful with my choice and made sure that it would work for me.

Apple has done it again. This is a fantastic phone. I purchased this for my mother, who was having problems with another make phone. The problems were prohibiting her from using her phone, for she was frustrated. Apple iPhones are so easy to use and she loves taking pictures of her family.

This has been a great entry level phone for a teen who proved herself reliable with lesser technology. The upgrade has been enough to keep all of us connected and sharing apps, and she takes good care of it. We're grateful Apple is maintaining this more reasonably priced model.

We have been using the iPhone in our family since the iphone 3. At least one member of my family has had every iPhone available since then. This is our first iPhone 7 and true to Apple standards, it works and performs great! Best Buy was offering the best deal and was happy to purchase from them.

Got this for my moms spouse and he absolutely loves it and loves the simplification of it and the ios OS. Easy for him to learn and figure out and its got good specs and IP67 certification which is enough for him for splashes and occasional dips and rinsing off if it gets dirty.

Arrived quickly and easy to activate. All info transferred from the old 5s to the new phone without a hitch.

I had another brand smartphone that died after 25 months. ( 1 month after paying it off! ) All my daughters have iphones and talked me into getting the iphone 7. I love it! Still learning all the functions as I'm not phone savvy but I'm enjoying it. I hope it lasts as well as my daughters' phones.

My daughter was due for an upgrade and Best Buy was a great choice as they had the best deal on this phone. The process was fast and super easy to set up the phone and transfer all information to the new phone. There's a good reason why the last three phones that I've bought were all at Best Buy.

This release of the iPhone was all that it was cracked up to be. If you are watching the commercials and reading the adds, and wondering if this is really any better than the last iPhone, IT IS! And buying it from Best Buy is the thing to do! They had a promotion that made the deal even sweeter!

Nice upgrade on the camera from my iPhone 6. And the sound is way better when talking to someone on it.

This phone has made me a happy apple user once again. Love all the features and my Australian Mr. Siri.

smart phones are so cool...of course, the Apple is the best...we love it...Got a great deal at the greatest store, Best Buy...sales staff really knows their stuff...Geek Squad can set up anything. It is worth the $ to have them come out and hook your system up..

This is an easy phone to setup and to use. It is recommended for someone that is not big on technology.

Went iPhone after two versions of the Galaxy. So far I like the iPhone and with the majority of my family and friends using one it increases and makes more efficient overall communication options. I purchased an Otter Box Defender case for it and I hike extensively in weather <10F. I have noticed the screen is less receptive, i.e. back function (top left) in cold and recently read an article informing of such if <32F.

It was time for my wife and I to upgrade from iPhone 4 to iPhone 7. Many of the apps we wanted wouldn't work on iPhone 4. Salesperson ATHOS was very helpful as my wife and I are not very tech-savvy.. We will be attending an Apple iPhone Tutorial session, which is offered by Best Buy

I upgraded to get a better battery life. This phone definitely is much improved over previous models.

I purchased this for my husband but so far all I've heard are complaints. Apparently, when entering information into contacts, the phone numbers are always listed as work fax or home fax and never as iPhone, mobile, or any other choice that is preferred. There have been other glitches so I am returning it to the store. It may be just this phone since I've heard good things about it from friends; therefore, I'm selecting "recommend".

I was wandering through the Best Buy website on green Monday and found the iPhone 7 for one dollar I could not believe my eyes I immediately ran to the store and purchase the phone my husband and I have been playing with our phones and learning the phones every since this is a great price.
