Other the the basic phone and texting, there are many options. As a hearing aid wearer I am able to control my hearing aids functions, listen to music and books via Bluetooth. I can check email and use the internet anytime.

Got this for my father in law. For a phone that’s now 2 generations behind its very functional and covers the basics for him very well and more. It may not be top of the line but it runs the current OS and supports hey Siri and more.

Replaced my iPhone 5 to provide greater storage and better camera

Only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because I had to return to the store afterwards to figure out the unlocking setting for the phone. It was a gift to my sister in Brazil, so we had to enable the phone first in the US before getting it to work over there. Great customer service, just wish they had informed me before hand about this so I wouldn't had to return.

The iphone 7 is my first smartphone and I got it because of a great deal with my carrier. I cannot compare it to other phones, as I have not used them, but I like it a lot. The only drawback is that the waterproof screen is less touch sensitive than my daughter's iphone 6S seems to be. Or, maybe I just don't have the feel for it yet. It still gives me so many options! I love the camera!!

Looks pretty much the same as a iPhone 6. Everything works a little faster though.

Love the size and quality of the screen. Speaker is very load for an iPhone!

I upgrade my iPhone every two years but this is the first time I purchased one at Best Buy. Purchased online (for way less than Verizon), picked up in store, activated it myself; the whole process took less than the wait time at the wireless store.

I bought this phone for my son. He absolutely loves it. The size is perfect for him - he can carry it in his pocket or school bag. The build quality is excellent and since it is not the latest model, the price is acceptable.

bought this after my original 5 model became very balky. happy overall, but annoyed that when uploading all my contacts and information, not all was transferred. mixed emotions about the fingerprint security, I know it's more secure but I have to remember to use the same fingers! getting better at it though

After switching to Apple phones a few years ago, I am impressed with the quality, function and lack of issues in the Apple products. After 2.5 years, I did start to have battery issues with my iphone 6 but have been very impressed otherwise.

The larger screen makes it easier to text and read texts and e-mails.

So far I've thrown this phone 3 times and has survived even when I tossed it face down towards ceramic tile. Not recommending you toss it unless you have it in your hands and just have a sudden need to throw things. Back pocket safe, it had a glitch yesterday where I couldn't hear the other caller and it started to bug out after that. I need to update software maybe that will help.

OMG, this is the Iphone 7, the latest and greatest of the best cell phone brand on the market. It's faster, bigger, slimmer, light, visually asthestic and just feels so good to hold. I've owned 4,5 and 6 and this is by far the best one yet. A must have.

I traded in my old iPhone towards an iPhone 7 at Best Buy and I'm so glad I did. You simply can't get the kind of deal that Best Buy offers anywhere else. This was the third time I went through them for an upgrade and it certainly won't be the last!!!

Good step up from iPhone 6 at a resonable cost with nice features

If you like the 6, you'll like the 7. Nice phone. Only wished the power button was on top, like the older versions, instead of the right side but just my preference. Home button is easy to get used to since you can adjust the pressure of the "click."
