My daughter simply doesn't need the awesomeness of an iPhone 8 or X, so the 7 is perfect - especially for the cost. It was only $400 if we paid for it monthly. (For some reason paying for it upfront cost more.)

Happy with my IPhone 7 , but the store manager at the grand rapids mi, 28th street se store was the best, as he handled a problem I encountered with speed and professionalism and "out of his way" personal committment. He made the normal tedious phone transaction experience great. I would buy from Best Buy again just for the great customer service.

Over all I've been impressed, no issues with it works perfect!

no many changes from Iphone 6, but do like the rosepink color.

Very happy with my first Apple computer. I wished I purchased one sooner. Everything easy to work through and figure out. Love that it is compatible with my other Apple products, iPad, watch and phone.

Great phone. Horrible service at Best Buy. Salesman lied about the price of my new contract. Felt totally scammed. Salesman knew I was unfamiliar with technology. Will never purchase Verizon/Apple products from Best Buy again.

This has been a great phone for me, easy to handle and use.

My son is in college and he uses his phone every day to help him keep track of his schedule, notify teachers and keep track of time. It actually helped him get around campus for the first few weeks..

the iPhone 6s it's the best phone to get and easy to use for my older sister she loves it I encourage anyone looking to buy phones to go on best buy in store and online to get it's for a very cheap price and great service.

I love the new home button and how it feels when clicking. I'm always visiting pool with my nephew and I always had to put my phone away before getting in water. This phone has made our pool experience much more memorable.

The difference between this phone and my older Iphone is amazing—longer period of time between battery charges, easier to read and type because of its size, quicker response when I tap on an icon.

Good Phone, bought for the wife for mothers day. matches her watch perfectly. Just wish the store had wifi so she didn't have to drive home without having a phone. Because you can not set it up without being connected.

I bought this for my father who is 86 years old to replace his aging iPhone 5c. He didn't want to spend a huge amount of money on a new phone and I helped him decided on the 7. Sounds morbid but we both said if it lasts 5 years that will be more than good enough for him. He is very very happy with the new phone.

A nice update to the iphone family but until Bluetooth headphone prices come down, might not hurt to wait. Was also disappointed Apple wireless headphones not included. However, beside that, the updated iphone is fantastic.

Cannot say anything negative about this, replaces my old iPhone and glad I finally updated. Best Buy staff was super helpful when follow up was required on verifying our previous cell phones had been erased and secured.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 Plus. Big improvement in speed.

I took advantage of a $100 off Christmas sale price when buying this phone for my 8th grader to replace her water-logged 4s. She really likes it. The Sales tech was patient, polite and thorough.

The camera is very detailed on the I-Phone 7 vs. the 6.

My husband was wanting an iPhone SE but was hesitant about committing to it, based on Apple's final decision about continuing the product. Finally, got him to look at a newer model. He loves it.
