Upgraded from a 5s and love it. The only slight hiccup is the lack of an audio jack, but the inclusion of the adapter makes for an easy transition to the new way.

Traded up from a iPhone 5s, the iPhone 7 is an excellent phone it takes great photos and the battery life is much better than the 5s.Phone is very fast when looking things up on the internet. I am loving this phone.

I purchased this phone for my grandson's birthday. The only thing I have heard him say that he doesn't like is that he can't listen to music while it is charging. It must be great because he is on it constantly.

I love iPhone and all things Apple. The iPhone 7 is not much different from the iPhone 6. Still it has only one major drawback, you can't use a earplug without an adapter. But all in all another good Apple iphone.

As every year, it has its improvements but doesn't seem very different from the iPhone 6. We wasted about 4hrs dealing with a trade-in as their system was not taking it. Thankfully Elsa from Woodbridge, VA location was extremely helpful and was able to work around it.

I got this for a teenager. Great value. You get the best of the iphone without having to spend the most. It's perfect for teenagers who just need to do social media and teen stuff.

This phone was purchased for my daughter . After her iPhone 6 was destroyed she was horrified. But this iPhone 7 came 3 days later it was for her birthday . She said she loves everything about it

The iPhone 7 feels and looks great. Lightweight and thin, it comes with a lot of power within such a tiny body. It's much faster than its predecessor and comes with improved battery life. Beautiful display.

Lost my phone and didn’t want to spend an arm and leg on the newest model. Best Buy had the iPhone 7 for sale still. Perfect replacement, easy to use, good screen size, very affordable!

Upgraded to new I phone and very happy that I made the change. The Best Buy guy was very helpful and the upgrade pain free. He moved my stuff, and got it all setup and it was great store experience.

Needed a new phone for my wife when her Nexus 5x died on her. She wanted to go back to an iPhone. Best Buy Mobile was able to price match the Apple store. This iPhone works as advertised with no issues at all.

Apple software is just so much better than android it works how it’s supposed to and doesn’t get all glitched or viruses out I phones are the only way to go never going back to andriod

We needed a smartwatch that would monitor if my elderly mother in law fell. An apple smartwatch is the only one with this feature so we got her the watch but were required to have the iPhone to pair it with. I find the iPhone clunkier than android but it does the job we needed it do.
