This is my first I Phone. I love the ease of use. The rose gold is beautiful. I have had a Droid for years so was concerned about learning a new system but it was super simple. Very happy with it.

The I phone 7 has afforded me the option of using research on a more intensive level than I was able to accomplish with my previous phone. It's lighter weight too I am very happy with my new phone

Bought this for my Mom because she was in need of an upgrade. I have the same phone so I thought it would be easier to help her if she had one too. So far she loves it!!!

I was very happy with the price; however, didn't realize that the phone was so old when I bought it. I would not have purchased this phone, since it was a 2 year payoff and old when I bought it. Since I needed a more recent phone with my hearing aids, it really turned out to be a big problem with accessibility. Probably my fault, but won't purchase another phone from Best Buy unless I know it's a new phone with better technology. Purchased a phone from Xfinity and the accessibility is much better and the price was less. Salesmen were were very helpful ---

This is my youngest daughter's phone, this is an upgrade from her iPhone 6S and she didn't want any of the iPhone plus phones so she loves it and has had no complaints with the phone.

I am not a fan of not having a headphone jack, but the alternative is not a huge deal. It works as apple devices should. Had it for over a year now and it works like the first day.

What can i say? I am an apple guy. GF is android lover....but she needed a new phone. Bought her this phone. She absolutely loves it. Im just jealous because she has a newer phone than i do!!!

I upgraded from the IPhone 5s to the the IPhone 7. The sales tech was very knowledgeable with the product and process for transferring data to the new phone. Had me going in just a few minutes.

The iPhone7 is a great first phone for our 13 yr old son. He previously had an Apple iTouch, so he is already familiar with the Apple devices. He really likes this phone!

Needed to upgrade my phone (from a 5c) and this fit the bill nicely. I don't need all of the features of the X (nor the price). Plus BB was having a special and I received $100 off.

I don't know how we managed our lives without iPhones years ago. They have replaced stereos, alarm clocks, birthday cards, maps, invitations and so much more. I would be lost without it!

Phone works very smoothly and the upgraded storage is nice. The only downside i would say is the home button, as the haptics and feedback are definitely more strange than the old "button."

I find the iphone really easy to use. I dont like the lock/on/off button on the side though. I am constantly locking my phone when trying to turn up the volume. Otherwise-everything is great.

My mobile expert Chris Novak was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to get the newly recieved phone I wanted and handled the transaction in a timely matter! Love coming here

Purchased this as an upgrade for my son as a birthday gift. Now He fits in with the rest of the family and is able to have his location tracked just like his older brothers.

Going on two years with this phone and it is still fast and hasn't' given me any problems! I was a loyal android customer before I got this phone but I am now team iPhone!

This is my first smart phone so I am inexperienced with this type of phone, but, with a patience and practice it is fairly simple to operate. I am pleased with this purchase.

My five year old iPhone 6 finally died. Did now want the 8 or newer because of the glass back. Thankfully Best Buy still had some 7's. Thus far it is working just fine.

Traded up from a non-Apple smart phone. Easy to navigate and just love how it communicates seamlessly with my iMac, my MacBook Air, iPod and iPad Mini. Being waterproof adds a lot also.

Great for my wife and I to have the same phone so we can easily help eachother with learning. Both upgraded to iPhones from Androids.
