When my wife wanted to upgrade her phone, she went to iphone 7 even iphone 8 was just launched. But she liked the 7 more. its one of the best iphones we had used.

This was a Christmas/B-day gift for my daughter. This is her 1st I-phone, and she really loves it. She can connect with all her friends now, and she again, loves it.

I love my new iPhone!! I also love the fact that Best Buy price matched apple so I was able to buy my phone and put it in my bestbuy card. Now I can pay it monthly and with zero interest.

Very powerful iPhone, much better camera than the iPhone 6 for sure. After using a 6Plus, I kind of like the smaller size of the regular 7 now. Easier to take along on hikes and walks.

Bought this because of scrolling problems with Iphone 6. Worked fine but when ICloud download was done had same problem. Apple Store replaced but I forgot to ask for new IMEI. Could not get help at Best Buy where I bought it. Had to go back to Apple Store for receipt! Lesson learned the hadr way.

Lot of improvements from iPhone 6 or 6s. Though it looks not much different from iPhone 6s it does has upgrades those are good and extra storage capacity as 16GB models not there on iphone7

Overall up to Apple's standards. Speed is obviously much improved. So is the clarity of the screen. Only thing that would improve it would be if the size was that of an SE!

I've never bought our phones from BB but I must say the transaction went smoothly. The employee was knowledgeable. The $100 gift card was a great bonus. The phone is as always top notch.

Sales person was not up to date on iPhone7 capabilities. I insisted I wanted the 128G model and he convinced me there wasn't a mode 7 with that capability. Later I discovered he was wrong. Now I am stuck with the 32G model. Item is not black but pastel in color.

Every area of this phone is better than the last iPhone. Pictures are clearer; audio better. Speed of operation is impressive. Operation is easier. It's like the phone reads my mind.

Great group of employees!! They’re a great, efficient team. It was a few days before xmas, store was busy and they helped everybody quick and friendly! Best Best Buy on earth!

So far the phone has been great. Only problem is as of now there is no life proof case and I am A lifeguard. Also need the charger that doubles as a charger and can plug into car for gps. Apple said Would be available November 2.

Bought this as a gift to my mother to bring her into the 21st century. This was a big update over her clam shell phone. In no time she was able to use the phone with ease.

I love my phone. Yes it's small but it does so much. I can control so many things by the touch of my finger. The features on many of the apps are sweet. Glad I bought this phone.

Wife had the 6s and traded for the 7. She wishes she would have waited for the debut of the 8 as she doesn't notice much difference between the 6S & 7 worth getting a new phone over.

My 5c totally went out & purchased this as an upgrade. Larger screen is great along with the features of the iPhone. Would suggest it to anyone looking to purchase a new phone!

The iPhone 7 is very stable and a great size. Best Buy made it tremendously easy to upgrade and was very helpful. This is our third iPhone 7 in our family and each have been great.

We love Apple and so I upgraded her from the 6 to the 7 and she loves it! Works seamlessly with her Apple Watch and iCloud and has no complaints! Happy wife = happy life!

I really like all the features this phone offers, but I'm not sure the camera is worth the price of an upgrade. I also wish it was smaller like the 6 or 5. I do like the extra memory offered. It may be me, but the sound when making a call doesn't seem as good as my old phone either.

it was a good upgrade from the iphone5 I had. I know it is not much of a step up from the iphone6 but for me it was a good purchase, and the extra gift card I received helped too :)
