Returned the 1st iPhone 7 due to a defective camera- exchange was trouble free- new phone works flawlessly-would definetly buy again at Best Buy.

Finally an upgrade after a 5 for many years. The size is great for my big fingers and the extra storage has been great too. No issues.

I love my new phone. It has the ability to keep me informed at all times. The salesman was amazing and set everything up from my old phone.

Easy to use it I would toss but touch screen much gussied than 6 either super sensitive and a deep exhale will trigger or oblivious to finger until you find the perfect contact. Makes photos more difficult than should be.

I choose the best place to get my new IPhone because the BB staff was so friendly and also they know a lot of any cell phone. Thanks a lot,

My wife is very pleased with this new iPhone and the help from Best Buy’s Rep in getting it setup with the data from her old phone.

Had to have help getting registered and getting things going but once set up, it is pretty intuitive for a non tech-oriented person.

Takes great photos and better than my old iphone!! There's 2 sizes for iphone 7 make sure you get the right size, this is the bigger size.

It's an iPhone. I'm not a sophisticated user and didn't find any major improvements from previous models. I had to buy this since I dropped my old one in water. This one is supposed to be water resistant. Hope I won't have to find out.

Bought this phone during Verizon's trade in promotion. Best Buy was very helpful with new phone setup but experienced some difficulties with making calls afterwards. Verizon determined that SIM card defective and replacement seems to work.

My wife and I have this debate often. But at the end of the day it depends on what fits you best. I'm much better with computers, she likes things simple and easy (me). But I wouldn't trade my Samsung in for any apple phone ever.

It is smaller that the IPhone 6plus I used before it. Find it to be more discreet & not a nuisance to handle. Handles a lot easier for me.
