    Even though the sales rep wasn’t able to set up my new phone using the iCloud backup I was still very happy with my purchase. The iPhone 7 is a definite step up from my old SE.

    Phone was a gift for my wife. Not sure why, but it constantly throws her out of certain apps like Facebook. Tried reinstalling the app. Rest of family does not have this issue.

    Always had Android, Samsung S6 was a horrible phone after the upgrade to Marshmallow. All other Androids have gotten to big. So far so good with this phone. I do miss some of the Android features.

    I think it is okay as compared to my old iPhone 5. I don't like how you shut it down now but I have always like iPhone and will continue to keep getting an iPhone. I have never been disappointed.
