Phone is def fast but the battery life still sucks.

Good phone but lots of changes from the iPhone 5s.

I wasn't ready to upgrade my phone then it broke & I had too. The phones fine but kind of the same thing as 6 really the same as 6s. There was just nothing to get excited about. I will say upgrading at bestbuy was 100x easier than apple or Verizon.

I have had IPhones dove iPhone 3.. so I love the apple product. But new 7 is not what I expect expected. Camera takes too long to load, phone locks up at times as well. Maybe too many bugs on 1st released batches. Only upside is the bigger memory.

Just bought this phone a month ago and the left speaker does not work. I know it is Apple’s problem, not Best Buy’s but they should check the phones before selling them because this one seems used. But the price was good.

If you are already on an iPhone 6, I would not recommend getting the 7. The improvements are minor at best, and there currently seems to be an issue with HD voice in particular with Verizon and some AT&T customers. Basically if you are switching from lte to 3G you can get dropped from cell service, and in some cases you have to do a full restore to get cell functionality back. Apple and the carriers are blaming each other, so until they can resolve this issue I cannot recommend this product.

It's an Apple product. Operates as designed. Boring operating system that seems the same no matter what generation of phone you buy. When they get slow you have to upgrade. Planned obsolescence. Android far superior.

We purchased this phone for my girlfriend. It's your typical Apple product. After about a year or so it starts performing not so well and once the new product is released updates really slow the phone down.

I want a simple phone for my mom. Iphone has a bunch of tech she will never use but there is not many other quality options on the market for seniors. Someone please make a good phone for seniors.

Screen cracked, even with case on, after one drop. Went back to the 6, have already dropped it five or six times with no cracks... difference in manufacturing? Not sure, but it is what it is.

The phone itself is great; however, I had a really hard time connecting the phone to my carrier. Best Buy gave me a bad sim card, so we i went to pick up the phone i wasn't able to use it right away.

Good phone, I just wish the headphone Jack were standard. I just have bought one with more memory as there are great apps for it.

Needed to replace an iPhone SE for an elderly relative. This is really the only option available that isn’t super expensive (or refurbished). Works fine for what we need it for.

Great phone but drops wifi on intermittent basis. Apple Care was helpful but still had to call several times. Still occasionally drops wifi. Will take back to see if they can fix permanently or get new one.

I bought this to prepare for a trip abroad and while it worked fine on ATT network locally, it rejected all international simcards. Now stuck with a gadget I cannot use

Less than 2 weeks old and it's frozen. Geek Squad said they'd never seen this happen before.
