I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7 basically the same phone besides the 7 is waterproof...so it's alright I guess.

A very difficult phone for a 13 year old to use and set up. The I phone 7 is a mini computer. Too many downloads toeas with.

I have been really unhappy with this phone. I finally had to replace my iPhone 4 because it broke beyond repair. I upgraded to the iPhone 7, and I have had constant software problems with it. It's glitchy and software updates don't really seem to fix the problems. This is not what I expect from Apple!

I'm a little disappointed. I've heard such good things about the iPhone, but I found my old Samsung easier to use

This phone was purchased on my daughter because she likes the apple and iPhone it hasn't gave us any trouble as of yet

The phone is ok. My issue is it is already freezing up and. It responding. This has happened on multiple occasions.

A nice phone, but I don't know how to use it. I can answer and make calls, but that is even giving me problems.

Bought this phone for our daughter as a Christmas Present and now we are locked into payments for 2 years!

Disappointing that it is so expensive yet only gives you 32Gig and there is no MU-MIMO support. Camera is good.

The phone is okay. The battery life is not the greatest and the phone is glitchy at times. It's a phone though...

I switched from a samsung s5 to this Iphone 7. Been regretting it every day. The biggest disappointment is the lack of user customization. I'm also a PC user and find using my phone with my computer frustrating. There were some widgets I came to use alot on my s5 that there is no replacement for on the iphone. The only plus it has it it works good with other iphone users.

Not pleased with the performance of this iPhone. I had an iPhone 6 and it lasted 3 years with no problems.

Phone has never been dropped or wet. When talking on the phone, the person I am talking to can not hear me.

I switched from an Android phone. This is my first and last iPhone. There are a lot of bugs and I can not receive voice mail at all. I was told it was a problem with the Apple operating system. I cannot return it to BestBuy since I've had it more than 14 days. The camera and video quality are excellent but many apps crash, even the weather one. Now I'm stuck with this phone.

It's the newest iPhone. Had to replace my wife's and I don't use it but she likes that it works properly.

Not too much has changed with this iPhone. I like iPhones but don't think it was worth buying a new phone.

I've never had an iPhone before and I wish I could trade it back in for the Pixel or an Android phone.

I was very impressed with the phone until I woke up Thursday morning. I saw an alert saying someone was activating my old phone and trying to use it with my number. Apparently the employee who wiped my phone of data screwed up. The problem is that by doing so it got into the wrong hands and it was used for spam. By doing so Apple shut my account down and after 6 hrs of spending time with Best Buy and Apple they still can't figure out how to get me up and running again. It want worth trading it in. I would take that phone back in a heartbeat instead of dealing with this.

I like apple products, that's all I can say. but Best Buy didn't accept my coupon for 10% reward
