    Apple always finds a way to make its IOS operating system more complicated to use than necessary. They also force you to use cables with connectors that are incompatible with every other provider. This, after their overpricing their products.

    I don't see any difference between this phone and my iPhone 5c, other than it's touchscreen is more temperamental. Siri needs to go bye bye, as each time I try to get directions I get ads. Stuck with this with a two year contract.

    I've had several issues with my new iPhone 7, most notably poor call quality and Bluetooth connectivity. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Apparently these are common and Apple hasn't addressed them.

    We upgraded from the previous version to this one. This phone locks up and becomes completely unresponsive. We tried everything they told us to do and had to just get another phone. Unfortunately, we got the iPhone 8 and it has the exact same problem. Apple is just not worth it anymore with these phones that only last a couple of months. Stay away from Apple and just buy Samsung.

    This will be my first and last iPhone purchase. I've had multiple issues with this phone. My current issue is related to a mic issue when making or receiving phone calls. I've tried all the recommendations provided by Apple support with no success. Apple support is recommending I take the phone to a local Apple store for repair. All my issues have occurred within 6 months of purchase.
