Very very disappointed- iPhone will not activate. Phone looks new but looks refurbished with none factory seal on outside - they sold me a return !! Nothing GLI can do / they won’t answer their phones to help - buyer beware Best Buy’s is not the same now!

I've had every new iPhone and every time was happier than the time before until now . My 6s works way better than this 7

I would not recommend this phone over the android phones that are the same generation. You can even get a newer generation Samsung for a better price with s bigger screen, better camera and faster speed. Only bought this phone because my son wanted a specific Apple game.

This phone was absolute garbage from day one. The device we received was included in a batch that was defected. Had issues from Day one. Had to pay off phone so we could upgrade to a new one because Verizon wouldn't warranty the phone. Complete garbage. Do not recommend!

Phone stopped working 2 week of purchase and of course i had to go to the Apple store and wait 3 hours

Too many connection problems. Not easy to use. Have constant issues with the phone.

I had it replaced once and then returned to the store two more times… still not working right. The employees were great and tried to help. It’s been a month now and I still don’t have a phone that people can hear me on.

Set up not properly done. Difficulty getting all my contacts back. Wifi at store wasn't working

I paid full price for this iPhone at Best Buy with the guarantee that it would be carrier unlocked. My niece in Brazil is trying to use her VIVO sim card but the iPhone will not recognized it. Message states that it must first be unlocked from previous carrier.

Someone needs to make these "smart" (aka "dumb") phones easier to use. This isn't an educational exercise. With all the compute power in the device one would expect a far better user experience. This gadget is even worse than the Galaxy S9+!

a lot worse than flagship phones from Samsung the Samsung S7 and S7 edge have screens that have much higher resolution and everything look crystal clear. Not so on the iPhone 7 with its "low" resolution LCD screen. Will not buy again.

I am sure this is a great phone but your phone is only as smart as the person using it. My review is a one only on my opinion. The only thing I could figure out how to do on this phone was answer it. so the phone itself may be amazing but the iphone is too intelligent for me. very confusing to use

They could've done a better job but at least it's not exploding!

Callers could not hear me not matter where in the house I was located. Returned this phone to my dealer and exchanged for a 6S which so far is working well.

it feels the same as iPhone 6 and 6s - the only difference I could feel was that the phone got very hot with just about 10 mins of usage. Best Buy also charges $50 more than what Apple sells it for.
