    This phone is awful! Won't hold a charge! The lack of jack makes CC processing a nightmare! DO NOT UPGRADE TO THE iPhone 7! Hate it!

    I purchased the phone and experience battery issues. I legit had to recharge the phone at least 4 times a day, It was a great phone on launch but not anymore.

    This phone has terrible sound quality. It distorts when on speaker and fades in and out. I got the phone for my mom and when I'm talking to her its totally obnoxious.

    Dont Buy the phone cost a dollar but the carrier charged me 40 line access fee so the phone cost more

    Could not receive calls at home, never had a problem with the i6. Finally had to retune and go back to the I6.

    This phone is terrible, much worst than the iPhone 6 that I had. Constantly dropping calls, battery does not last, sometimes only 3 hours

    Preorder online and received it on release date. Looks the same as the iphone 6 but after a week of using it, battery seems to last longer and everything works more smoothly, probably because of new processor.

    I upgraded from the iPhone 5s to the iPhone 7. WOW! Very glad I did. The operating system makes the phone feel the same which is good since I don't always understand technology. The camera is amazing and this phone seems so much faster than the 5s. Extremely satisfied with this new phone. I would highly recommend!

    Great phone, much improved over the last generations. Always have been an Android user, but had to start using an iPhone for work. Really excited that they finally added water resistance (hoping I'll never need it) and the controls make sense most of the time. 3D Touch will take some getting used to but I'm starting to appreciate it.

    I went into the store asking for an iPhone 6 because I don't like the idea of no Jack for the headphones, but the storm did not have an iPhone 6 so I've been asked for an iPhone 7 Plus they didn't have that either so I got a regular iPhone 7 black it's alright nothing special
